Buffy Sainte-Marie played last night with the Toronto Symphony and I took myself down to see this (inter)national treasure. At 75, she looks closer to 50 and could run circles around Mick. I had never realized that she wrote Until It's Time For You To Go, and was married to Jack Nitzsche. Very great to see a strong woman who has made such a difference in our culture for so many decades still standing tall! The below - with Johnny Cash many moons ago.

I was once involved in a project that sought to find out the official positions of world governments with regard to the possibility of the existence of alien life and if it exists whether it might have ever come to Earth.

We wrote to every governemnt in the world.
About 30% replied, the Canadian government wrote that it "didn't have an official position" but here were some recruitment pamphlets for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police......... .......funny......
