Kiss shows are a lot of fun, as long as you don't take them seriously. I mean, Gene Simmons is approaching 60 this year, and Paul Stanley is 57, and these guys still perform in kabuki make-up, odd costumes and platform boots, spewing blood and smashing guitars onstage. But if you see it as what it is, namely a brainless, incredibly loud 2-hour rock'n'roll circus, you should be able to have yourself one hell of a time.
