Amsterdam is a sort of a Stones Capital. The sound in the Johan Cruijff ArenA is improved. It depends on what kind of places you have. If you have fieldtickets the sound is pretty good. I rather prefere the Ziggodome because of it sound and the intimate vibe

I suggest The Cosmic Carnival. A real good dutch band with influences of The Rolling Stones, Bruce Springteen, The Band, Bob Dylan. I've seen them a few times and they really great. And they are nice people too ;-) Check their version of Sweet Virginia Outlaw Blues + Not Fade Away

As I live in The Netherlands I hope they will choose for an indoor venue like the Ziggodome and not the Amsterdam ArenA (Johan Cruijff ArenA)or an open field like the Pinkpop festival ground or the Goffert Park in Nijmegen just because of the capacity. GelreDome in Arnhem is also a possibility but not my favorite place for a concert.
