bv, if you won't consider ablett's design, (last one posted above), will you consider changing the colors of the lettering to one color, say white? The photos show through on any color and I think your tendency to avoid cheesiness, as you say is enhanced with just the one color. Also, I think if we had white on black or another color like blue or red on black, the letters IORR show

Couple of cents to throw in-- love that undercover photo... Also if the photo could be within a round or oval frame, as shown in some of the earlier designs, i think the band would recognize it from afar, especially if it was on white or a light color contrasted with the background of the rest of the T.
