Stray thoughts watching the videos thus far:
Eric sounds great on Sunshine of Your Love and Badge. Its a really spirited version of Badge, with a false ending even. And Ronnie doing the boogie woogie. Really great.
Nuts how many are gone as you listen. Eric is the only remaining Cream member (again, insane to think of how strung out he was at so many different times in his Forum: Tell Me

Definitely one of the best shows I have ever seen.
Besides the amazing Cream set, almost the full Blind Faith album (I think only Sea of Joy missing)
Same as the Clapton/Winwood shows back in 2010. Sad, cause thats a fantastic song and it always get the shaft. Great Clapton riff, incredible Winwood vocals, and driving Baker drumming.
Agreed I wish they played Sea Forum: Tell Me

Hi plexi,
I'm no expert, but I'll help as much as I can ...
1) They are lossy and they are not available in any other form. Abkco put them on youtube, making them mp4. Kind people here downloaded them and converted to Flac. But they are still lossy.
2) Some people on this forum got rid of the hum. One of the threads explains how to do it. You need audacity, or some other editin Forum: Buy/Sell/Trade

To be honest: It was the terrible night of July 13th, 1985 that my love for the Stones died ...
But did your love for Phil Collins grow on that same day? Forum: Tell Me

Hi zgredzik,
In the past, you could easily pay for tickets with your European card, so I don't think that will change if the 2020 tour gets announced. Forum: Ticket Trader

I put them in a sealed sandwich bag, in a glass of water, then freeze it in the freezer. That way, they won't yellow with age.
And they keep your drinks cool on a hot day! Forum: Tell Me

TD is the perfect recording (one of, perhaps, three that the Stones ever made, imo).
Just curious, Dandy, what are the other two, iyo? Forum: Tell Me

The one new record, right out of the shrink wrap, warped.
There're tricks how to get the Vinyl flat - just google after "vinyl flat oven" - e.g. .
Thanks Irix. Forum: Tell Me

But as far as warping in general, it seems to me new records all have a problem with warping, while I buy used albums from the 60s and 70s and they are flat as a pancake.
I bought three used records this week, and one new record.
The three used records from the 60s and 70s, all perfectly flat (and sounded pretty good, too).
