Is there any real evidence that Keith has a problem with the album or is it just the usual speculation or BS?

Release the album this year and then call it quits. Has to end sometime soon and better now than the result of some unforseen event.

Don't care whether it gets to number 1 or 100. All I care about is whether it is good or not. It is an important release for them. If it is good it will sell plenty.

Not a fan of Ronnie's artwork. Have always admired him as a musician throughout his entire career.

Quotewindmelody Quoterbp I would think any of the support musicians the Stones have on stage could be replaced three months out from scheduled start of tour. Don't think they would be the reason for postponing the tour. Could be wrong of course. The support musicians, or at least most of them, have been on the road with the Stones for many years. I have strong doubts that Leavell, Jones or

My guess is a health concern. Non critical can easily become critical. Remember they thought Charlie was going to recover.

I reckon it will be a decent album. Unfortunately the mastering will be absolute crap.

The Genesis Publications books on the Stones are great - super expensive and out of print. Rockman posted a pic of TOTA earlier in the thread - a Genesis book.

Perhaps they should forget about a new album and release a couple of singles each year (for as long as the band continues) like they did in the 60s. They could then play them live on their endless tour to spice up their predictable setlist.

Nice to see Ronnie looking healthier than in the past. Less gaunt and fuller in the face. Hope his health issues are now behind him.

I am a little surprised that they have chosen to continue now that Charlie has passed away. Of course they should do whatever is best for the remaining members. Given that they have chosen to continue I would much prefer them to be working on the new album rather than touring. These guys are not going to be around much longer and a new album of original material is important for their legacy. T

First of all I wish Charlie a full recovery. I get the impression that this tour is now only being driven by contractual obligations. Wouldn't be at all surprised if it falls over because of the pandemic. I wouldn't attend because of the health risk.

Would have thought the policy applying to refunds for shows would be that of when it was purchased. Think there will be legal actions regarding changes of refund policy and applying it retrospectively.

People are relying on their governments to provide accurate information and appropriate action to control the virus. Some will pass with flying colours and others will fail in varying degrees. Empty vessels make the most noise.
