Come on England. Will be wishing them on to have a great game and winning against Senegal on Sunday. Over here in España for a while and not much in the way of UK TV etc. and will hear the game on Radio, if not TV. I'm travelling around and not sure if and when I got access to watch some of the games.

In my opinion, England are starting to get it together, and playing well with their three goals against Wales. I think England v Senegal on Sunday will be a good match and England winning the game.

Chrissie Hynde has just finished six gigs at small venues of 200 capacity, all over the UK. The line up for the gigs with Chrissie was James Walbourne and his great band, His Lordship. I tried for tickets at any gig, but all sold out within a couple of hours. Quite a few more videos on YouTube.

Very sad, but she did live to the great age of 96,as my dear Mum was 96 when she passed this life on July 1st. Angela was still on stage here in the London West End, right up to when the start of the Covid business turned our world upside down. Rest in Peace, Dame Angela Lansbury.

Always makes me laugh when I see this video, and great music from Pete, and James Walbourne from The Pretenders. So glad that Pete met Willie Nelson as well.

The way I look at it is that it's Jeffs' band, and he obviously can have anyone he wants in it. Johnny can play guitar and sing, and there the two things he can do as well as making a movie or two when the film jobs come rolling in, which they definitely will. Just in the last two nights on UK TV, I've seen three adverts with JD I've never seen before, and probably a few ye

Maybe Johnny Depp wants to keep a high profile these days whether it's in a friend's band or we may even see him in TV adverts for anything and everything. He's got expensive tastes, like spending 50,000 quid for a few friends having an Indian meal up in Gateshead I think it was. You gotta keep in the public eye when he wants to get some more million dollar film roles.

Only recently came across this video of Peter Bruntnell and an old friend of mine Gary Brewer amongst others, in our local music venue in Kingston, many years ago. A great performance of the Neil Young song 'Ohio', with those lyrics that really fit that sad day back in 1970. We have a worldwide group on Facebook where we only need a few more members to get to 500 for The Peter Br

Last night there were two really good programmes on BBC 4 on Chrissie Hynde and The Pretenders. One of them was the gig in the BBC garden not shown since it was on TV about two years ago. Available for the next 29 days on BBC i-player if you are in the UK. Featuring James Walbourne on guitar, who I've been lucky to see play in local bands in London area the past couple of years.

Just seen this beautiful tribute. Phillip came to me today, and said it was time to go. I looked at him and smiled, as i whispered that "I know". I then turned and looked behind me, and seen I was asleep. All my Family were around me, and I could hear them weep. I gently touched each shoulder, with Phillip by my side. Then I turned away and walked, with My Angel guide. Phillip

I agree with you 100% SomeTorontoGirl, about our dear DandelionPowderman who is a really genuine guy, and so many other talents in music and personality. I will always remember tapping him on his shoulder on my very first day in Oslo at the Stones rehearsals outside the stadium, and introducing myself to him and his friends and having a few drinks with them and something to eat. Yes! I was also at that Mick Taylor gig at The 100 Club, the Twickenham gig and the Wembley Arena gig way back in 2003. Great time's and all of them great gigs. No luck for the Astoria gig, but so many of us who were in the line for a couple of days just didn't get lucky. Nothing was available and always remember an American girl there who bought a ticket off a tout, and it was a
