QuoteAOL Do you remember the names of the Manfred Mann group? I doubt it. Funny thing is, as time passes the idea of acceptable looks changes, and dear Ian does not look unlike Morrissey, or a member of any number of groups who have made it. Spot on, always thought that too

Me too, some of the stuff they wore back then and the hair made them look like Gods! Crazy how many outfits they had, just when I think I've seen every photo of them pre '82, another one pops up with them wearing something different. That one of Keith on the bed wearing the hat with the girl is incredible.

QuoteAnastasia60 For those of you that remember the 2006 show at the MGM in Las Vegas the night Mick's father passed away -- Mick's singing of Streets of Love - probably one of the most poignant moments in my life. And his bandmates literally holding him up at the end of the show. - "and they are full of tears". Godspeed L'Wren Anyone know if there's footage of

I've never really understood the general consensus that Bill's Mr. Square. The guy got with loads of women and looked like a rock star, he's 10 times more cooler than most singers & guitarists today let alone bass players! Charlie never got any stick, but poor Bill always got this outsider tag, mostly from Keith I felt.

I remember seeing a Keith interview on youtube from 81/82 a while back where he's asked about Brian to which he replied 'Oh he was a real Shit!' If anyone can find it I'd be very grateful.

QuoteDoxa Quotebrownsugar86 I found it very random, but great to see they played Wanna Hold You in some of the set lists during the ABB tour. Can't believe Mick gave it the green light that late in the game. Did they really? Anyway, I don't think Jagger has a say whatever Keith does with his solo numbers. - Doxa Yeah, according to the set list fm web site they played it at the o2,

QuoteCristiano Radtke What's wrong with the dog? Ha, nothing wrong with the dog, lovely dog. It's just him cuddling up to it taking a selfie photo is not really something a Stone should do. He had some great art work though.

Big Ronnie fan but I had a look at his twitter page today for the first time & it ruined any mystique image i ever had of him. Posting shots cuddling his dog, wearing funny socks, going to a one direction premier and having his photo taken with every celeb he meets as though we'll be impressed. I swear he forgets who he is sometimes.

For me it's wierd to think that keith gave a shit about any girl before Anita. I recently met the actor who's playing Keith in this Hendrix film, he said there's a scene where he shows up at Linda's house & goes crazy at her. He also said he thought a lot of his scenes would end up on the cutting room floor, i'm not sure why. Looking forward to seeing it though.

The great thing about Ronnie joining is that keith and the guys started genuinely smiling a lot more in the photographs. The moody posing was great in the earlier years at cementing the bad boy image, but would of got boring without ron's influence. He helped them grow old gracefuly...sort of

I want the Grrr one with the HP dates on the back, it's not for sale on the official store. Check this site out - Thanks but that's the official one I meant that doesn't have the one I want.

Sorry to hear you lost the ACS plugs. I have a pair that I'm terrified of losing for the second time (£200!) I've resorted to putting my contact details & a message on a card inside the case they come in explaining that they are made to fit my ears. Just in case I lose them in future and some good soul finds them & returns them to me.

QuoteCMH516 It's when Ronnie first staggers in and Mick is gesturing to his watch that he's late. Marlon is in the scene briefly but pretty clearly telling Woody where he needs to go next. Cheers
