oh! I know exactly what you mean. A bootleg isn't a bootleg without it's liner notes and when I first started buying mine, I had a longer commute back from the fairs - That killed the travel time. A well written set of notes is well worth adding to any production.

It may be a little old hat to do this now but I'd bust a gut if they just dropped it out of thin air. Say for example, 'Today's Wednesday, album released Friday. Enjoy'. Tosh. Better quality (for the main) means less boots but better experience for the few that do get released. Traders looking to hold on to their bounty (still!) for oodles of cash is the problem. Sure, the market means that that press of 1,000 copies is unlikely but that press of 500 will still sell through and people will pay more money on eBay for the pieces that they missed out on. Tor

Granted, it seems like that trick is a bit 'old hat' now but knowing how much the marketing behind the Stones is key, it's still something that they haven't applied yet (B&L being the closest thing to a secret drop so far) or would the Stones require much more marketing to ensur
