The Tounge arena stage in 12-13 was not good at all IMO. The 14-16 Stadium tour was not great. Looked kinda cheap I thought the Licks tour had BY FAR the best arena stage. Stadium Stage was great too. No Filter stage is awesome. Perfect for what they are doing!

QuoteDeanGoodman Mick lost his voice half-way thru Satisfaction. Bernard, Sasha had to cover for him, quite loudly, while Mick mimed. He did not say good night/thank you, either. Interesting...I'm sure his voice doctor will fix him right up for the next shows..

The great things about Keith's playing and sound, along with the rest of the band, is that they really have a different sound every tour. As far as technically, i dont think you can really NOT consider type of sound/tone because it takes technical ability to produce differing sounds styles and tones. Bill Wyman, in his book Rolling with the Stones, he says Keith's playing was not as

Quotestone4ever After watching all the footage, one things for sure KEITH IS BACK. He carried the show in Jacksonville, I think i have to go all the way back to the licks tour to find better playing (at least at the shows ive been to)..Maybe its just the sound guys and how they are mixing his guitar, but its ALL GOOD

QuoteTonyRz2 I never thought I'd say this but "Gimme Shelter" live tonight rocked my world. I was thinking the same thing before jacksonville but they killed it. Sounds like they did in Philly Also.

Quotestone4ever The good thing about Keith and Ronnie never playing the same song the same way twice is you get this masterpiece version of Gimme Shelter, the bad thing is we will never hear it this way again. Probably why people go to see this band so many times, you just never know when its going to be OH WOW. That was the best version ive ever seen by far. Probably the best song of the sh

I just saw Keith carry the band at a stadium show with authority. I havent read this thread, but being 10 yards back and watching him the whole show, I can assure you there is nothing wrong with Keith. He also looked great! I like his current style. Looked healthy and strong

Quoteforsure What an absolute blast. Great vibe in the city all day, crowd was so into it from the opening band right to the end of satisfaction. Great time on the floor raving dance party, smiles all around, young and old. I was so psyched to get monkey man. I could of sworn the screen on pit 2 said off my cloud? After last night I really want catch another show this tour. I concur with yo

Keith carried the show and was in great form. I was in Pit 2 and saw firsthand how tight the band was. Everything is hitting on all cylinders. The mix was perfect and Keith’s parts were turned up loud. He honestly led the band from start to finish with little to no mess ups. IORR was actually really good and didn’t slow this momentum of the show as I expected it would. Monkey Man was played brill

Quotekeefmick Muncy--not sure if you are asking if it is easy to retain your spot or if it is easy to go in and out of the pit. The answers are yes, it is easy to go in and out for restrooms/refreshments but no you likely will not be able to retain your spot if you have a good one. It is pretty crowded so there is really no way to retain it. However, if you don't mind hanging toward the back

Are people easily drinking beers and going to and from restrooms in the pit? Or is it once you are there, you are there and you need to stay? Just curious. Looks like Jacksonville Pit is going to be crowded. Might need to take in a flask? lol

Best stages based on my current mood 1. Steel Wheels- this has to be the biggest stage ever used in for any tour of any band. Will anyone disagree? 2. Voodoo Lounge- It looks modern even by today's standards 3. Licks- Stadium and Arena (Especially the arena setup). I'm going to say the arena setup was the coolest f**king stage ive ever seen in an arena. The sheer size of it and t

If i were to complain about anything, I think it would be It's Only Rock n' Roll, which needs to be retired. Looks like Ill get it in Jacksonville since they didnt play it tonite. That is a momentum killer and doesnt belong at #2. Hell, i remember seeing them close a show out with it in 2005. That equally sucked!!
