finally I got my super deluxe box today – and I was surprised in a very positive way. This box is REALLY heavy. Since I saw the small 2CD+DVD box in stores I was worrying whether the super deluxe box was going to be relative small too (In fact the small box is so small that I overlook it at first in the record store!). I think live albums are dead insofar as they are not real/actual live albums – live recordings just provide the basic track that is reworked and overdubbed in the studio before the music is released as a 'live' recording.
