in the US they promoted ER with a radio program called "radio meets the rolling stones". it had radio people from NY, Philly, LA, Chicago and Dallas. mick, woody, charlie and bill were interviewed together. it was one of my favorite stones "bootlegs". of course it got lost. suprised that it's never shown up here. a gem of a show. very entertaining
