That version is fun to watch when Jagger stamp his foot on the smoke machine during the last solo. You can't do that any more

It really makes me wonder, when listening to the solo of Sway, how would it sound today if Taylor played along with Ronnie and Keith? I think it couldn't be anything else than great. Those three guitar players are absolutely fit for each other. Just listen to the solo part from ca. 3:45- 4:50 and imagine the Stones, and Keith singing the backing vocals...

The valuts releases from Zeppelin, Dylan and Beatles have got a lot of media attention, and from what I know they've all been selling good as well. The Stones have a live catalouge in their valuts that must be the most bootleged and myth spanding ever. I think the band, at least Jagger and Richard, must have some sort of idea on how to deal with this matter. Who knows, maybe they've bee

I just came to think of the sounboard recordings from Australia '73. From what I know they were released in the early '90s, and also there should be some from the '81 tour that were released later. I might be wrong, but if not, how can a sounboard recording just pop out so many years later? Is it just an coincidence, or do these recordings excist through isolated tradig circles? D

Encores are often just stupid IMO. I like Jaggers attitude, I mean, if the band really think that it's worth it because they feel it's a special night, well thats cool, but it shouldn't be included as a standard thing. The Stones didn't play any encores in 1973 (winter / european tour, but during the american tour 1972 they played some including Stevie Wonders band (Uptight/Sa
