It's impossible for him to buy that catalogue. As I already mentioned. That catalogue is named Sony/ATV. ATV was what Jackson bought in 85. But he needed cash in the mid 90s and he merged with Sony. It includes thousands and thousands and thousands of songs. It's one of the largest catalogues in the world. Not only Beatles-songs. Even if Paul has the money (he owns nearly one bill

Charity is more than donating. I believe I answered you your question on that thread. Michael Jackson is the #1 according to the Guiness Book of Records when it comes to charity work.

He certainly is a great live performer. Also one of the best I've seen. But the best concert I have ever seen wasn't Stones or McCartney... it was Prince.

You can't just make a bid. 1. In the mid nineties it became Sony/ATV. (Jackson sold 50% to Sony) The catalogue is more than just 250 Lennon/McCartney songs. You should check your cd's. When you check the song credits and you see "Sony/ATV Publishing" that means Michael Jackson has 50% of the copyright. (sonyatv.com is a place where you can search nearly all the songs - the

Mick still has pleasure in writing songs, making music. And he still has new ideas, approaching things in a different way. Goddess isn't the greatest album, but you hear he still enjoys what he is doing. And it features some really fantastic songs. These days it's Mick that deserves all the respect. Keith is laughing with everything Mick does, but Keith himself became lazy and wh

Ignorant people knowing nothing about this case judging the case. That is 100% prejudice. I hate prejudice. When? Where? Never heard of an album released in 1982? Selling 60 million copies. Take the biggest Elvis release add the biggest Beatles release and you still have no 60 million copies. Michael Jackson probably isn't someone to discuss on a stonesboard. Some people just don

I don't think that. I believe his innocence. This is completely different than the OJ trial. Michael is innocent because there is no evidence. There was even one count that was completely ridiculous. Most people think... he's a weirdo, he must have done all this. Others think... it's because he's weird that it becomes easy to judge him. twat, fruitcake,... he&

That's exactly what it's all about. If someone does something wrong... do you think he/she would give anybody an idea of what he/she is doing? - No, you try to cover it up and keep it a secret. Jackson said: I sleep with boys because he thinks there's nothing wrong with it. That's his naievity. If he actually is a child molester he would have kept it a secret. But no he

This was one of two books found and was evidence. C'mon... if you think this book proves he's a child molestor... you'll sentence anyone. By the way this was one of the most important evidence for the prosecution. Magazines found in his bedroom were Hustler, Playboy etc. The other book is a book released in 1969 and has two or 3 pictures of naked boys. But in fact, there

Mick recorded a duet with Bono. Keith & Ronnie played with U2 on Silver & Gold. I believe there's also a live-version of When Loves Comes To Town with Keith. They must think U2 is alright. And they are right.

Bono is an activist. Where most artists just stick to giving money... Bono takes it one step further. He was one of the guys that originally wanted that the third world debts should be dropped and he stood up for that with every world leader. (Wasn't that the Jubilee 2000 thing?). What happened a couple of days agao? Debt were dropped. I'm not saying it's because of Bono...

Why he paid the boy in the '93 case: Every ruling the judge made (before an actual trial) was against his defence. Everything the defence wanted was ruled out by the judge. His lawyers said to Jackson: Michael, this isn't going the right way. You will never get a fair trial. Michael Jackson got scared and decided with his lawayers (the late Johnnie Cochran) that he should pay this

U2 is more than just a pop band. There is no band that re-invented themselves like U2 did in the early nineties. Achtung Baby is an album from a band with guts. A U2 album but with an entire different sound and that sound is also U2. Very brave, creative and mindblowing work. When I first played Achtung Baby I though my speakers were broken. Also Pop, again very daring. Pop music doesn

I saw them in Brussels. And it wasn't the best performance. Bad sound also. But I know they can do a lot better. They are a supurb live band. And The Edge is one of the most underestimated guitarists around. One of the most distinctive sounds around. All these comparisions between U2 and The Stones is ridiculous. They are different bands. I guess Stones fans are just jealous of U2. Be
