QuoteDalgtor Pretty much. He sings in some parts, but sounds horrible. It's mostly the pre-recorded tracks. And while Kiss used to mock any artists who lip-synched (Gene Simmons even saying it should be stipulated on the ticket if done!), now their line is, without fully admitting it, that nobody really cares, and that the audiences just want to be entertained... That's pretty we

QuoteNashvilleBlues Cue up the pre-recorded vocals for Paul Stanley! Are all of his vocals pre-recorded? Just curious, as I haven't followed them for years

QuoteDGA35 QuoteTopi QuoteDGA35 Well I wasn't chosen as one of the verified fans who had first dibs on tickets. I just happened to check ticketmaster today and I saw tix were on sale for Vancouver but there was only a handful of platinum tickets left which were very expensive. 1) Do NOT worry. There will be drops. So far, each and every show on this tour saw face value tickets drop. 2)

The sound check sounded pretty good & I thought it would def make an appearance Me too. It's interesting too, because didn't Chuck say in an interview leading up to the 60th that they were practicing a song that hasn't been played sinc

This is wild. Thanks for the update, BV. I'll definitely be flying to Edmonton. I have lots of family there. Wasn't expecting a CAD show outside Vancouver or Toronto.

Interesting article from Daltrey, discussing their back catalogue. He also mentions that he'd like to perform (hopefully as a tour and not a one-off) Quadrophenia with the orchestra, which I think is great idea. https://www.vulture.com/2023/02/roger-daltrey-on-the-who-best-songs-pete-townshend.html

Quotecustom55 The last time The Stones played Desert Trip, they canceled the first of two Las Vegas shows that followed Desert Trip. I heard that Mick's voice was out of sorts due to the dry heat from the Desert Trip show. Not sure if it was true but I flew back home w/o seeing the band in Vegas. He definitely mentioned it a couple of times in Vegas 2021. Said 'it feels like I'

I don't know if I can distil it down to a single choice so I'll break it down into two comprehensive lists. I'll leave the obvious band out of my selections Top repeats: Neil Young AC/DC Robert Plant Deep Purple the Zombies (the mostly original lineup) Top first times: David Gilmour Yusuf/Cat Stevens Aerosmith Simon & Garfunkel (won't happen) Ozzy Os

QuoteVoodooLounge13 QuoteBeastyBurdeny With it being the 50th of GHS, I'd love to see Keef do Coming Down Again and for the band to do Winter each night of this tour as their ballad. Add 3 songs from the new album each night and I'd be happy with that. I doubt those GHS additions would happen though. Oh hell yes!!!! Sign me up for that one!!! Can't Be Seen would still work then

Saw them in 06 (edmonton), 2016 (Vancouver), and 2019 (Vancouver). 2016 was my fav of the bunch. I'd really enjoy seeing them play A Quick One with the orchestra, or dust off some deep cuts from Who Are You, but aside from that I'd like to see them again without the orchestra.
