"There was a guy on the Howard Stern show. . . . ." That in itself ought to invalidate anything he might have said.

To answer elvisloose, I saw the Beatles live in 1966 at Dodger Stadium in LA. Although they played quite well, it was really impossible to evaluate their performance, as there were 50,000 screaming teenage girls drowning out the sound. It was more of a cultural event than a concert performance. I also saw the Stones perform that year and they put on a great show (almost identical to "Got Liv

I'm a fan, too. I saw the Last Waltz when it originally came out, and again when it was reissued on the 25th anniversary. What great concert footage, and what great talent the Band was.

Met Walt Disney. My grandfather was a friend of his and in management at Disneyland. We were eating dinner in one of the restaurants one evening, when he said to me, "Wait here". He walked over to a nearby table and it was Walt and his wife dining there. He then introduced me to him. I was 15 years old at the time.

1. First album: Aftermath 2. First concert: Hollywood Bowl, 1966 3. Best concert: LA Forum, 1969, first show 4. Favorite moment: When they came out onstage at the Forum. Electric! 5. Best moment in Gimme Shelter: Too many to mention, although I like when they were in the hotel room listening to Brown Sugar and Mick is strutting like a rooster while Keith is totally into the music.

Don't know. Will Richey Furay be with them? I know that he is a Christian pastor in Colorado now so I wonder if he does anything with Poco, although a few years ago he attended the ceremony when Buffalo Springfield was inducted into the R & R Hall of Fame.

On Saturday I bought 6 seats together for $95.00 each for the show in Seattle on April 25. I went online and could not get any for the first show. Meanwhile my daughter was on the phone with Ticketmaster trying to get through. She finally got through and while on the phone, the second show went on sale. So we were lucky to get them. The first show sold out in about 15 minutes!!

His backup band was the same band he had with him on his last tour, 3 younger guys and "Wix" on the keyboards, who has been with him for many years. They sounded great last night!

I saw Cream on their "Farewell Tour" in '68, and I'd like to see them again, but I don't see how they can pull it off. What made them a great band wasn't necessarily their songwriting, but their incredible shows. Back then, either Clapton or Bruce said that they didn't play WITH each other, but AGAINST each other. Their extended jams and improvisations were uniq

I think it's something about a "chill down to my soul", or something like that.
