This is the place where Stones fans can advertise anything for sale, wanted, trade or whatever, from fan to fan. Advertisements are for free. To see the old ads go here.
For me, the most exciting part of The Rolling Stones are seeing them perform live.
Has been that way forever, and still is.
Of course, we all would love a new album.
But to say that they've lost creativity, either as individuals or as a band, is overlooking a ton of... creativity. The shows themselves are a testament to that.
Since 2012 they've circled the globe numerous times a Forum: Tell Me

I am travelling down from Canada for this gig What’s the craic with weed in Houston, legal or hard to get? Every gig is the same 1) hotel 2) ticket 3) where can I get weed
I’m keeping an eye out so I can hit a gig the night before, but nothing listed yet. Any good local bands in Houston worth checking out?

Got the Black on Black tee and coffee mug today!
Very nice shirt.. much nicer than my old version and nicer than I expected
Mug is surprisingly cool as well.. Already sipping a fresh brew in it! Forum: Tell Me
Speaking of running into unexpected taxes, those visiting Seattle for the show may want to watch the beverages that contain sugar. A sugar tax is added to all sugary drinks (1.75 cents). Some restaurants charge more.. Drinks like reg sodas and basically anything containing high sugars are affected. Forum: Tell Me
Go Hawks!!
Much closer game than the final score would indicate.
Wagner gets called for the push off on the blocked field goal, likely would have seen a different outcome. We'll take it though! Forum: Tell Me

There are all kinds of shows that go on during Jazzfest. But if it isn't at the Fairgrounds, it isn't part of Jazzfest.
This.
Otherwise any band who plays anywhere in N.O. DURING Jazz Fest could say they played Jazz Fest. But they didn't.
And with Jazz Fest all but announced, it will undoubtably be at the Fairground.

what do you expect? This is a professional photo and they surely took care that nobody is able to read those lyrics (and copyright them and sue the Stones later for using them etc.)
I think it's Mick taking the photo and posting it, then making sure the words aren't legible with the lighting etc., but same result. Forum: Tell Me

Meanwhile, in Paris...
Love Mick's harp playing.. has gotten so good over the decades and distinctive.
Anyone ever figure out (with super computer/zoom technology ) the new lyrics he followed up this clip with in October?

The woman's artwork is certainly bizarre.. But some of it very cool.

I see now it's Scott Thorson across from Liberace. Odd painting.
Maybe it's the artist himself in the blue shirt; I keep thinking the very blurry figure in the back is Mac.
The woman across from Liberace - maybe his mother?

It's this very thing that has pissed off a lot of people that love going to Jazz Fest, the big acts coming in and screwing things up.
If they're going to be pissed off, it should be at the organizers bringing the bands in, not the bands themselves. It's not like the bands are demanding to play Jazz Fest.

I like the Seattle Rain (my own idea)
Seattle will move into the Pacific and Arizona Coyotes will move to the Central Division in the Western Conference.
I'd like to see three or four divisions. There are too many teams for a four division league and it really kills rivalries. I believe the league may revisit the division alignment issue in the very near future with Forum: Tell Me

Hi There,
I will travel from Europe (Amsterdam) to see both shows in New Jersey. Does anyone have some advices in which neigbourhood I can book a hotel. I want to stay in New York for one week, of course I will do some sight seeing in the city.
Thanks in advance!
As mentioned, budget is a key factor, especially for a week.
Based solely on neighborhood though, I like the Upper West Si Forum: Tell Me

How is Denver selling?
Total of 37 standard tickets left as I type.
Not sure if that translates into "very well", but it would sure seem like it. Forum: Tell Me

Rubbish.
Their reputation is written in stone. Whether they ever release an album of new material will hane zero effect on it. They don't HAVE to do anything. A handful of people will be disappointed if no new album is ever done

I should have been more specific. I was talking about the Boston show. There are no inexpensive tickets period.
See what you mean on that one.. ouch! Forum: Tell Me
For the first shows in New Jersey and Chicago there are hardly any "standard priced" tickets left. Less than two hundred for Chicago and 33 total for NJ.
Gotta think we'll see more released soon, platinum and package tickets released at least, I would think... Forum: Tell Me
