Nicky´s place was quickly took over by Billy Preston, who according to the book was always ready to get into Micks´ social thing, always being around, chatting with Bianca, etc....Not only he was a great musician, but he was good in this other aspect...and was in the wings waiting for his opportunity, while Nicky was only into the music and didn´t give a damn for all this other shit.

Nobody mentioned Centenario Stadium in Montevideo, Uruguay. This is where the first football World Cup was held in 1930 and is still going strong. 80.000 plus, was very impressive in the thirties and it is nowadays some kind of southamerican Wembley.
