Song is an absolute bore. The beginning of the end of the Eagles. From good Country rock/ballads to corporate, soulless radio friendly bile. See Poco for a like fade from country rock relevance to AM radio staples.

Roundhouse version is amazing. The Richards-Taylor interplay during the first few minutes of song takes it to another level. Ya Yas and Handsome Girls versions 2 & 3.

Just curious as there didn't seem to be time to edit in the overdubs so soon after the actual show date, on-going touring, etc..... Overall, save the odd vocal pace on Sway that always seems to be an issue with that tune, I enjoyed the live versions at this particular show. Especially Moonlight, Morphine, I Got The Blues, & You Gotta Move. I do wish they'd tone down the horns on

For starters, the intro and riffing on CYHMK sounds as if there are 3 guitars, 2 playing the intro. If you listen to the Toronto Club show CHYMK from a few years back, for instance, there is distinctly one guitar (Keith, of course), playing the into.

Just listened to the apple download of Sticky Fingers set. Is it me or to anyone else's ear do you hear a number of overdubs. CYHMK in particular sounds especially "tampered with". I know a number of IORR followers have a far keener ear then I, so please let me know your thoughts. Thanks.

IYCRM - You're right. I was so out of my head from the Marie Osmond appearance I couldn't think straight Now that I've recovered from Keith sharing the stage w/ Kelly Clarkson, it was $1000 for Sway and LWM. I don't think I'll ever fully recover, however.

Asolutley embarrasing. After going to the Tuesday show and seeing the bulk of the set list, I basically paid $1000 to hear Sway and IYCRM on Monday. The Taylor Swift guest spot was horrid. Great looking girl - shame she can't sing a note. What's next, Keith as a judge on American Idol. Would the Stones play with Marie Osmond in 72'? Same differnce. Mick Taylor sits in the dr

In 1997 Mick Taylor was playing with his band at the House of Blues in Chicago. I have a guitar signed by MJ, KR, RW, BW, & CW and really wanted to add MT to the mix. So I went to his web site and e-mailed his manager (& drummer), Jeff Allen, to see if there was any way he could arrange a meeting before the show so MT could add this autograph to the guitar. I never really expected a re

If MT gets more work tonight other then MR it will be LIV. God forbid, if he gets a 3rd tune my guess would be Little Queenie. Very curiuos to see what happens at the next show. Anything less then 3 MT songs would be a crime.

Quotetriceratops QuoteDoxa I also get the same impression. The irony is that both Keith and Roonie play better than they have for ages, and in a way if one is used to that guitar department - as I suppose most of us have done - there should not be anything to complain about, but by contrary: to be happy. For that reason Keith was wrong when saying that "Ronnie and I need Taylor".
