ok, here we go with high hopes, then crap on the list once the release news and track list is official, down to utter, severe disappointment when we actually get it and Mick has tried to re-sing great boot songs. Enjoy the "High Hopes" phase fellahs. Forum: Tell Me
I'm a huge fan but not familiar with them ever playing a song called Rock and Roll and I'm trying to think of what you're talking about. They did have a jam they played called "Dance it Away" They frequently segued this with "Dancing in The Streets"
If I'm dead wrong on this, sorry LOL Forum: Tell Me
Hey all, I'm taking a shot in the dark here. I just purchased the new Fleetwood Mac Live Deluxe set and there are 2 demos on a 7" single included but I do not have a record player. If you've made an mp3 or flac of these, I'd be forever in your debt for a set. Lynd8@Yahoo.com Forum: Buy/Sell/Trade

I kind of wish there are no more and The Stones get their act together and do it themselves. These great outtakes, with a book, proper background and liner notes would be awesome. Forum: Tell Me
The real tragedy is they made a film in 1972 (CS Blues) and should have had good cameras etc.. to record a concert instead of throwing a TV out the window LOL. There's some live footage in the movie, but frustratingly little Forum: Tell Me
I just don't understand the hold up of releasing this stuff officially. Sure, many of us are second or third generation fans but their very core fan base (lets' say people that were 20 years old around 1970 - kind of a midpoint between their earliest music and "Some Girls") would mean a high portion of their fans are already 70 years old and their fans that were 18 years old Forum: Tell Me
Beautiful track - I was really glad they brought it out live again in 2012. Not sure it stayed in the set long and also not sure if its had an official live release from that period. Can anyone weigh in on this? Forum: Tell Me
I'm really enjoying "It's a Lie" why in the world did this not make the cut for the Some Girls Deluxe? Such awesome bluesy, almost-Exile period sound. I can see why it didn't make the original album but it's a great little outtake. Forum: Buy/Sell/Trade
Listened to part one in full yesterday - no matter your politics, the talk was definitely interesting glimpse into racial relations. Do yourself a favor and set 50 minutes aside and give it a listen. Forum: Tell Me
I bought a stereo VHS player and hooked it up to my stereo with RCA jacks back in '85 or so and bought some great rock and roll VHS concerts and documentaries and thought it was just amazing. I remember taping "Let's Spend The Night Together" off Cinemax or some other channel. The good 'ol days- we really cherished those tapes and now they release a new DVD every few mont Forum: Tell Me
is it worth 2 Billion dollars to find out? We have kids not getting enough food in many states, infrastructure is falling apart everywhere. I grew up in the 60s and was fascinated by our landing on the moon and very proud of our country and accomplishments, but we have much bigger problems right now then determining what the hell is going on at Mars. I'm late 50s - like Keith says for some fans, the band has always been there like the moon and stars. It surely applies to me - cars, women, houses, jobs, hobbies come and go but they're the one of the few constants lol Forum: Tell Me
