I really enjoyed that 1969 dump on 12/31 last year. I still play some of that stuff! It was fascinating to hear the choir practicing YCAGWYW, the alternate versions of Ruby, Love In Vain and a couple other highlights. I doubt a 1970 dump could be as exciting, but has there been any predictions or educated guesses? Bill

I'm thinking CCR, Buddy Holly & The Crickets and Bruce Springsteen & The E-Street Band. Unfortunately all three are arguably true bands - they are all led by amazing front men who wrote the songs. This seems so much different than British bands - Beatles, Stones, Pink Floyd, all had partnerships for writing.

They should have thrown some more demos on there, but nice to get the acoustic show. apparently these two didn't make the cut: Behind Blue Eyes Pinball Wizard

Normally I like hot women better, but when it comes to the Stones, I like "She's So Cold" better than "She was Hot".

I'd like them do a 6 CD box of rarities and outtakes from 1962-1980. Add a nice book with the recording data and info on each song. I almost would rather have this than a new album LOL

Instead of the umpteenth "from the vault" DVD with all the same songs every month, just think how cool a live DVD of these two with Charlie on a small kit playing songs like this for 2 hours would be.

I absolutely love this group. Anyone who is a fan of early reggae and ska should not be without their second LP - "The Sensation Maytals" 1965

I have a mint condition set purchased from Japan way back when. Looking to sell for a very reasonable charge and actual shipping costs. Let me know if interested. I have a couple non-Stones laserdiscs too. Bill

QuoteMabru The second show has also a great setlist. I have spent a ton of money on Stripped related releases but would buy this if they released! To my knowledge it has not been right? "Jump On Top of Me" I believe has not been officially released live on CD or video.

I think they are rounding up all the rarities THAT SHOULD have been on this set and then going to ship.

The vocal is a bit too high or something for me. Such a great song, but I think he ruined it a bit with this new vocal - there, I said it!

Hey All, Does anyone have some nice shots of the massive steel wheels stage from '89 that they can share. I was blown away seeing that show in Foxboro in '89. I had no camera though. I've since collected a few from the internet from various places, but none seem to capture how cool the thing was. Anyone have daytime shots or something unique? It felt like they were performi

I love both bands and have to say, at times it's way more enjoyable to be a Who fan. We've been treated to Pete's demos, nicely done deluxe boxes of Tommy, Quadrophenia, My Generation and loads of outtakes and lives shows. It's really sad that Mick cannot just let some of the 60s outtakes out of the bag in a nice collection. Aggravating

Sounds like you're getting the same disc again then? No longer "Almost hear you Sigh" It's now "I heard you sigh"!" So, looking at the 6 Disc version, I already have the Stones in Tokyo 1990 CDs and DVD issued as a Vaults version back in 2012. What is the difference with the new Tokyo 1990 disc on the Steel Wheels package? Are there extra songs? Does anyb

Well, I for one would like to see it and here's why - I think the Some Girls - Emotional Rescue - Tattoo You period was a great one and not only for the three great albums it produced but during that 3-4 year period there is just a wealth of very good outtakes. I was a little disappointed with the Some Girls deluxe because they left off some great outtakes, but perhaps they were holding a f

My Dream scenario is 2022 they celebrate 60 years - they keep it small and play some club shows and play lots of rare stuff and film it in 4k and release with a super-sized box of outtakes for each decade they recorded. I really (ok bring on the burn) don't need to see 79 year old Mick running around in a stadium playing Satisfaction.
