Quotefrankotero Good question. I thought about this as well. The show starts at 18:30 and there's no support band. This leads me to believe it should end quite early. Unless of course there is an intermission as mentioned in a thread some time ago. I think the doors open at 18.30, I don't imagine that the show will start for a couple of hours after that.

London pubs don't tend to open all night however hotel bars do stay open for residents/guests. Whether this will be until the sun comes up on Monday morning will be at the discretion of the individual hotel staff. You may strike it lucky and stumble upon a drinking club but these places are very private and hard to find. Good luck and keep on Rolling!

I've been excited since I secured tickets last month as part of the AmEx presale (now I know why I have that piece of plastic!). As it's now 5 days until I see the Stones I'm finding that my thoughts are monopolised by the gig which will be my 24th Stones "experience". I'm hoping to reach 25 next year. I feel like a 6 year old on Christmas Eve, I doubt whether

Quotestonesnow Quotelatebloomer StonesTod, did you forget to take your meds this morning? Don't know what you saw there at the gym, but it was a very friendly interview. The only thing that strikes me as odd, is Keith and his nose. I've started to notice that in a lot of his interviews, he rubs his nose. I wonder if it's a nervous habit, or the poor guy maybe has allergies.

Forget driving in London - it's up there with Rome for crazed motorists. Also if you drive into central London you will have to pay the congestion charge. The public transport infrstructure is good, get a train to wherever you want to visit and hire a car there. You'll see more of England that way.

I've never warmed to It's Only Rock n Roll which is ironic considering the name of this website! IORR as a track leaves me cold and I tend to skip it when it crops up on my Stones playlist.

Whilst I hope Keith & Patti's place is undamaged, I've more concern for the tens of thousands of people whose homes have been decimated. Keith is a multi-millionaire with several homes. The impact on him and his finances by this awful disaster will be negligable when compared with the countless people who may have lost everything. Love to fellow IORR-ians affected by Sandy. Be

QuoteKeefintheNight82 I have always wondered why Keith's head wasn't shaved for a major operation on his skull. Since the tree incident you rarely see a pic of Keith without a hat or a bandana. I assumed they were covering scars and general male pattern baldness.

I'm not rich and I'm not posh but I'm financially able to indulge myself in tickets for the first London gig. I can't miss seeing the Stones and it will be my 25th time. I feel sorry for genuine fans that can't/won't pay the eye-watering prices, we all have a "budget" to live to. I am fortunate that I am in a job that pays well and with no kids to dra

Quotekahoosier I just couldn't see it, a second trip to London at 1800 GBP in just a few months, moving and starting another contract 6 weeks later, it was the wrong time at the wrong cost for me. Then I saw the ticket prices and just thought that there was no way I could do this and call myself a rssponsible adult. So of course I have a Tongue Pit Ticket for the 25th and paid for my Sing
