I thought Stone Alone was a very boring book, I read the Dutch version, which was even ca 100 pages less than the original English version. The deluxe Japan box edition has no hardcoverbook, only a LP box sized booklet, with a couple of pages, with photo's which are also in the hardcoverbook.

This show was released on a couple of bootleg cd's, one of the best was the Idol Mind version and later it was also on bootleg dvd.
