QuoteGasLightStreet Quotemicha063 I have decided to buy the old CBS mix from the 80s. I don't like the new mixes at all. The other stuff is available as MP3. So I'm happy. I'll try to get more of the CBS mixes. Tatto You sounds great and I guess the others do.too. This is starting to creep in with some people and it makes zero sense: TATTOO YOU 2021 is not a new mix. So B&B, Love You Live, Some Girls, Emotional Rescue, Tattoo You and Undercover seem to be the good ones of the CBS mixes, I just bought Love You Live on Ebay and wait for delivery. I still have all the vinyl releases and about 15 years ago I made a digital recording of my Love You Live record and some others.

Quoteironbelly Quotemicha063 Do you know, if all cbs releases are the same? I don't think so. Do you know wjich release is the one mixed by Greg Calbi? Thank You! All CBS releases around the world are the same. No matter year of issue (1986-1993), catalog number, CD label style etc. Nice price/Mid price Austrian and Japanese editions are the same too. The very first CD of The Rolling Stones in the world ever. Apart of very obvious pop at the mark 0.03 the rest looks pretty much OK. Dynamic Range (DR) for the track is DR=12. Well, the tape used for A/D transfer was obviousl

And I wonder why some people, who don't like them, which is of course normal, have to call them garbage etc. It still makes me wonder, that this kind of schoolyard teenage tongue comes up quite often in discussions these days. I'm sure someone has allready made some research about the change of the words beeing used in discussions. And about the question, what this means or better wh

1982 was my first Stones Tour and I have so many gtest memories! I was young and had lots of time. So I made it to see them 2x in Hannover, in Munich and 2 indoor shows in Frankfurt. This recording from Wembley brings these great memories back.
