Great news as the 2002-2003 club shows had the most interesting setlist.
A box of the US club shows (Boston, Chicago, Phildelphia, NY, LA) would be one of the best release we can expect from the Stones vaults. Forum: Tell Me
RIP Shane.
A real talent and a real waste. The surprise that it didn't happen sooner. Julian Temple's film "A crock of gold" was a good portrait of the man and his appetite for self destruction.
I attended the first show of the Pogues in a small room in le Forum des Halles in Paris in 1985 with many english people in the audience. The next year they played at La Mutualit Forum: Tell Me

This is just DiskJapan before they changed sites wasn’t it?
Yes. It was Shiyoda records before to be Disc Japan. Forum: Buy/Sell/Trade
The owner of Disc Japan stopped his activity for health reasons a few months ago. A pity because I bought many bootlegs from him and the quality of service was top notch. Forum: Buy/Sell/Trade

If anyone is looking for Official Brussels '73 on vinyl at a non-obscene price I just found one and bit the bullet after many years of waiting.
For "Cyber Week" it's $54 (and free shipping) for the 4-LP set -- Goats Head Soup (Super Deluxe 4LP) -- from a vendor I have successfully purchased from before.

Disagree. Even Keith admitted the album was ‘dull, it didn’t happen at all’ in an interview with Mat Snow for NME in ‘86. ‘we just took turns to go into the studio and piss around with the tapes’ he said. So if Keith doesn’t rate it, I’m well within my rights to find it less than Forum: Tell Me

I never play this album. I don't even have a copy in my collection. It's a great single, UCOTN. Too bad it's on this totally meh album. Even Dirty Work is better.
Totally agree with this statement. Forum: Tell Me

Who cares about one of their worst album ever.
Only clowns that need attention wade into threads to try and bitchslap a celebration.
Did your mother drop you as a child?
To each his own. I can celebrate one of the big four or Some Girls or Tattoo you. Undercover not. Their worst cover ever. Not to speak about the music. Forum: Tell Me

For me just another mundane release from a group that resembles The Rolling Stones. It reminds me a lot of A Bigger Bang, not too memorable and not an album I would ever really put on after a few listens. It is still clear that Mick and Keith don't really write together any longer. It seems for the most part like a Jagger solo record with some Keith an Forum: Tell Me
I'm not trolling. It's just a different opinion than yours. A masterpiece about HD is really overrated. The big four are masterpieces. HD isn't. Forum: Tell Me

Personnaly I don't understand the hype about HD. After listening to it I find most of the songs average at best but SSOH (one of their best songs for decades) and RS Blues which would have featured better on Blue and lonesome.
HD is an event because they haven't released an original album since 2005. It won't remain among the group best albums.
That said they remain a good ac Forum: Tell Me
Dreadful cover !It looks like some of the worst concert lithos from the last tours. Last great cover for a Stones album is Tattoo you. Over 40 years ago. Forum: Tell Me
