QuoteTheflyingDutchman QuoteGazza The closer you get to the opening night without openers being named suggests it'll be the bloody Ghosthounds again, as they pay the Stones to be their support act. Business to the utmost. After several months off, Ghosthounds have listed on their homepage a gig in Nashville on 4/25. Tuneup for Houston?

Been seeing a lot of ads in past few days on my social media feeds (ie FB and IG) for this show targeted at the LA market. After looking at Seat Geek, ticket sales for this one remain slow. (And who knows how many tickets are in inventory that haven’t yet been released for sale?) Understandable given it’s a Tuesday night and a pain to get to Glendale from most of the Phoenix area. Still pi

QuoteGazza Quotecrholmstrom QuoteGazza QuoteTopi Quotecrholmstrom QuoteTW2019 VERY nice to hear he will change the set “a lot more”. How many times I go in 2024 will depend on how much he changes it up. Saw 6 shows last year. MetLife 3 being the most diverse and it was great. The soul covers part can go. Momentum killer I saw what I think was the only show on last tour without the soul c

Been checking drops for Springsteen’s first LA show for 4/4 the past few days. Couldn’t resist pulling the trigger last night on a single located a few rows behind GA. Bruce was in excellent form and set list was great; included a couple of rarities in Trapped and Jole Blon. (Only other show I’ve caught this tour was the Houston show in Feb 2023 and heard If I Were The Priest; can’t complain a

QuoteDEmerson Quick visit to Vegas to see U2 at the Sphere Wednesday. (I thought there was a thread about the band, but I couldn’t find it in a search). I know I’ve seen others here who saw earlier shows weigh in, and I have yet to hear anything that didn’t include words like ‘amazing.’ The Sphere really is unbelievable. Total game changer, really. You’ve never seen anything like it, bec

I wonder what is happening if there is a panic, or a fire. Was an absolute nightmare.. and the primary reason Im not doing LA again. That, and the stadium is also a real pain getting to and from. QuotePaintMonkeyManBlack New york no need to stress and book hotels (manhattan) quickly right? You may want to look into hotels now. From experience, late May is a busy time in NYC…it’s college graduation season, in addition to usual tourists, and that tends to drive hotel rates higher.

Given that The Sphere is a vanity project of James Dolan, who owns MSG and related properties (Radio City, The Beacon Theatre, etc.), I could see some megabucks deal for Stones to play several shows at The Sphere and MSG. Hopefully, JD and the Straight Shot would not be the opener: (For more on Dolan, there’s a recent podcast earlier this year called “Owned” that did a five part series

QuoteHairball QuoteWelshEdge1 Lucky dips are probably best in secondary markets. Don't go for them in major markets like NY/LA because they'll mostly be nosebleeds, like mine were. I guess that depends on one's luck. For the second show at SoFi stadium in L.A. 2021 , we ended up with PIT tickets. For the first show show, I was given lower bowl seats in the VIP section about

QuoteTheBluesHadaBaby Today Springsteen's DC Nationals Park Monday Aug. 28 show got postponed a month, to Friday September 29. No word on why. Unless there are more changes this will make DC the last show of the Eastern half of the U.S. stadium leg. Then there's a break until Nov 3, when Canada gets 8 concerts in enclosed stadiums or arenas. Followed by 5 shows on the U.S west coast
