Quotejjazznola69 After checking out the ways in and out I chose Lot L. It just seems that you can sneak out up Elroy Rd to Fagerquist Rd and stay away from all of the other lots emptying out. I hope I'm right. Haha. We will probably leave during the last song to get a jump out of there. Good luck! One more thing…COTA’s site suggests to use Waze for updated directions. We used it and it

Quotejjazznola69 Yeah I came to that same conclusion last week when it looked like there would be no shuttle so I rented a car although I rarely do when I visit Austin which is often (3rd time this year). I prefer to Uber, takes busses and use bikes and scooters to get around but have no desire to Uber to this show. Any advice on the best lot to use? I want to get out quickly to hit C-Boy's

QuoteMisterDDDD QuoteBungo Quotewolundamo Yes, info about shuttle would be great. Hope, there will be one from the airport...and 3 golden circle at face value and I'm (almost) in heaven There won't be any "shuttle" from the airport that goes anywhere except local airport parking lots. Cabs and Ubers will, of course, be available. If you're coming in from out of town and

QuoteDEmerson QuoteKennedy If you are planning to spend a couple extra days in Austin, these 2 food spots are a MUST: 2. Salt Lick BBQ. It's a ways out of town, so you may want to carpool with the group. It's got a great outdoor area with lots of seating and entertainment if there is a wait, which is likely. Very important to note that it is BYOB, so pack a cooler. They have a

Circumnavigated Sofi from the Prairie Ave side and finally got to the Lucky Dip window around 8pm. Sadly, no pits or VIPs with super secret buffet in Stan Kroenke’s private box for my wife and I. Drew Section 231 Row 5. Great seats for $69. Quite content…great show topped off with a Dodger win.

Quotekv2915 Is that an open stadium or is there a roof? I can’t tell from this pic. Not really a roof since it’s open on the sides. More like a canopy. Seats block the breeze inside for the most part. I was at Rams game a couple weeks ago and we wound up walking on concourse for awhile to catch the breeze and cool off a bit. Also keep in mind field is 100’ below street level.

Quotebitusa2012 QuoteHairball It was 40 years ago today that I was in between my first and second Stones concerts which took place at the L.A. Coliseum Oct. 9 and 11, 1981. And now 40 years later, can't help but reminisce a bit. There's been many shows in between - from here to Stockholm - in clubs, theaters, arenas and stadiums in many different cities and countries around the world

Quotebv I have spent hours every day trying to find out where to stay in LA. So boring work. It's 13 days give or take. Two weeks at an airport hotel is cheap but so so boring. Santa Monica is double price. I will probably fly out just after show #2 but there are still 8 days or so in LA, have to sort this out in 1-2 days. What's the nicest place nearby LAX say half an hour max by car?

Regarding the homeless people and it being a little more dirty, don't worry, we have places in Hamburg that fit in that category pretty well too. QuoteStonesfan2146 Thank you Hairball, and Dean once again. I think that sounds like downtown would just be way too long of a ride for what we'd get. Biking along the beaches and Abbot Kinney Boulevard will probably also be the perfect replacement for going downtown for my girlfriend. Santa Monica definitely seems to deserve at least a stop, if we end up starting in Venice, a nice day

QuoteHairball Seems to be selling much slower than St. Louis... I recall these same conversations for the Dodger Stadium show on ABB tour, particularly after the postponement to Thanksgiving Eve 2006. Sales were slow then too.
