The strength of that riff, and watching him nail it is what compelled me to wonder out loud what would it be like if they covered “Stay with Me”.. but yes, in retrospect, I thought the Billy Preston songs took away from the momentum in ‘75… so I see both sides.

I guess that would be the first time they ever added a non stones song to their set list… what was I thinking?!

I saw the zeppelin show un 77 in Chicago when they only played a few songs and then stopped. I thought it was really interesting to see that video someone posted.

Nice to see Ronnie rehearsing, would be cool if they played “Stay with me” … if Joe can play Funk49 with his “new” band, why not?

Available on Prime, Apple and many other apps/channels on May 3rd. My take is the creators aim appears to share the story for its historical significance, not just profit, using authentic voices and footage. Celebrating unique individuals and understanding their experiences, including the impact of drugs, is crucial. Studying those affected helps us support others facing similar challenges. W

We’ll, Mick and his mates pulled it off. The inclusion of Tumbling Dice in the set list at the Stones 2023 Club Gig in NYC last night seemed appropriate, and instead of crapping out, the band Rolled some Bones and came up with sixes, sevens and nines. Great new album, which Mick clearly drove the direction of. His bringing in Andrew Watt gives The Stones and Watt a shot at some hardware when

Interesting how Mick kisses the girls…and the girls kiss Keith, as was the case again with Stefani last night. CHELSKEITH

I love it! What took so long? Please don’t wait that long again! Bringing in this cat Andrew Watt was a good move. I think the guitars sound up front and great on the rockers. It usually takes me a few listens to get attached to their new music, but several of these just grab me on the first listen, most of em actually. Nice hearing Mick and Keith signing together again too. Macca’s fuzzy bas

Stage looks like a Record player, that’s cool. Largeness of visual content combined with stare of the art sound looks like it engages the nosebleed in a breakthrough manner. I see the Stones setting up shop there or opening the next one.

Was spending a lot of time writing, playing and creating new songs one of the qualities that made them so good during the time when they were really cranking out amazing music?

Just finished the audio version of this book with Rosanna Arquette playing Chrissie. Interesting how many times she referenced the influence of Keith Richards. Quite an interesting story… middle class, Midwestern school girl gets the rock ‘n’ roll bug in the mid 60s after seeing the stones and others pass through Ohio, and then the entire book is about her aspirations to be in a band. Didn’t real

Conflicts among leaders in organizations, relationships, or marriages are common, highlighting the value of silence. JF: "What's the secret to a happy marriage?" MJ: Not to talk too often. KR: How politely to say 'shut up' Leaders often have trusted advisors, like Steve and Matt, who play important roles, almost like a consigliere. Steve resembles the rol

Jimmy passed the audition on that one, I felt it was impromptu since Mick struggled with the words and then made a point to sit Jimmy back down. As a guy who likes to be in control, I thought that was interesting by Jimmy.

Playing the audio sound from the theater speakers and the video not being full screen took away from the intended effect. Nice to see Keith looking and sounding so good, Mick and Ron seemed more frail. A few extra pounds and his sobriety helps. Fallon’s Off The Hook audition seemed to worry Mick a bit, haha. He nailed it. Hope that makes the set list. Keith will be back on Fallon I’m guessing…gre

It will be interesting to see if Keith is even playing on the songs with the guy Mick brought in. I heard the Glimmer Twins went to the Caribbean or somewhere remote a while back. I really had high hopes that they would be writing together, collaborating together, playing together, and we would get something closer to the magic these two create when they work together. The more I hear about them

His transformation of Wrigley Field to Parrot Land was amazing. He also wrote one of the most direct and to the point “love” songs ever… “Why don’t we get drunk and screw”. He was a guy who lived life to the fullest.. RIP JB
