The excitement is bubbling nicely!! I honestly don’t care what’s played so long as we hear a good few of the HD tunes over the course of the tour.

I remember Andrea Corr coming onstage for Wild Horses (I think) at one of the Point Depot gigs on the licks tour, possibly the first night.

An Acoustic Guitar with two strings, lots of Ramones albums & Nirvanas Nevermind got me into the hang of playing. I eventually progressed to 6 strings and played 2 finger power chords all on the 6th string for a few months. I just wanted to learn asap and though it’s a very dumb punk rock way of learning and playing it got me playing a lot quicker and with more fun for me than sitting down le

This is a really nice Monday present!! Back to back nights of Uncle Neil once more. Somewhere inside I feel this will be the last time I see Neil live so it’s a real treat to get 2 shows.

QuoteBeastyBurdeny QuotePaddy Maybe we could be cheeky and ask for a second Burnaby show, see if Uncle Neil replies!! I'll send something and see if he responds. I feel like there's a good chance Burnaby will get a round 2. Worth a shot Beasty, here’s hoping you’re right for a second time!

The email I got didn’t mention a limit it had what I assume is a unique code and a redeem option, I’m guessing it’s one code per ticket?

QuoteBeastyBurdeny QuoteMisterDDDD Booked a room walking distance to Deer Lake Park for the show, used to live not far from there a lifetime ago, but not familiar with the concert venue. Anyone been? Looking forward to this. It's basically a big field/hill, not massive by any means. Leaving by transit can be a bit of a shit show, so it's good you are close by. I can't imagine t

Quotemosthigh QuoteBeastyBurdeny Quotemosthigh Unconfirmed, but I saw the ticket price for Burnaby was $106. Probably before fees, but if true, that ain't bad. That's really decent, if so. I was getting ready for it to be 200 before fees. I wonder if they'll add a second Burnaby show. It's the last show of the Canadian leg and it's a fairly small venue, compared to the

QuoteBeastyBurdeny QuotePaddy I’ll take any version of Neil I get but preferably with the Horse. Where did you see the “BC Soon” comment Beasty? From NYA It's open for interpretation, however this seems to imply BC area (I would think) It certainly does, I did a quick search on NYA & Thrashers before posting here and couldn’t find anything so thanks.

Quotemosthigh Rumours of a second leg for NorCal and PNW / Canada. No other info. I’m wondering if we’ll get dates in the Autumn/Winter. (More hoping than wondering since the dates were released that will be the case)

QuoteDeanGoodman Wayne also told me that the MC5 were promised an opening slot for the Stones, but it was jerked out from under them and they had to settle for opening for the Dave Clark Five. He also mentioned this in his book.

Really crap news. I love the MC5 and saw what’s left 6-8 times from the DKT/MC5 shows onwards. Met Wayne briefly in 2018 and he kindly signed a copy of his autobiography he was a warm guy. RIP Brother Wayne. Dennis Thompson is the only guy left now…
