I like a cover with just them on it. They could add the touring band as well further in the background. Some imagination other than just a tongue or just them.

It will be interesting to hear what they have come up with. In the early days of recording this album, they said “it has to marinate” in various interviews. The marinating part was many times a good thing for them. Loving Cup, Start Me Up, Brown Sugar etc. All examples of songs that had to spend a few years on the back burner before getting their due. I’m not saying we should expect an album of p

Prince WAS the best. He really nailed it. The Stones well… it was cool they did a new song to promote the album, but the sound was a bit off. High energy sure, cool stage, good playing… the sound marred it. Come to think of it, didn’t we have a guy on here who knew something about it. As I recall it was something with the soundcheck and an engineer not saving the settings or something. The Ston

In all seriousness, with all the vault digging they’ve been doing the last 13 years, it’d be stupid to not be “inspired” (read: Use the old stuff) by that for a new album. There might be one or two killer riffs somewhere that the public never got to hear, and is non existent on any bootleg. If I had that chance, I’d absolutely take it, IF it’s up to par of course.

There’s been releases in some form every year of their existence. Maybe not a new album or tour, but certainly things to tide you over.

Very cool, though the captions are completely messed up. First pic is said to be 1966. Pretty sure it’s later. Also very confusing captions where Jagger is on the way to Horsens wearing two different outfits.

I I like that many of these shows are getting released, but they could mix it up a little couldn’t they? I mean, RPM Club, Toad’s Place, Double Door, Mogador, Trabendo, Horseshoe Tavern etc. Why not release a box of those shows? Not full shows, but parts of them. The secret gigs were going on for many years. I bet they filmed all of them.

It was a great one, and once again thank you to Norwegian tv for actually showing it when Danish tv stations didn’t. That Bruce performance was nice.

Love it, though it’s too long. The standard for a RS album should be 10 songs. Cut some of the fillers for a kick ass album. Same goes for SW, VL and ABB.

I’ve watched the Charlie one so far. Heartwarming! But again: Where is Bill? I almost shed a tear when it finished. There’s some stuff I didn’t know like the Huntsman shop and his drum stash.

I saw her outside the Brussels show with her boyfriend. They had spare tickets. Since she’s a flasher, something I condone, I did a bit of sniffing around and found out her name. Now I follow her on instagram. She and her boyfriend have been to every show from Brussels onwards at least. I only spoke to one of her friends very briefly while waiting to go inside the gig, but you couldn’t miss her.

Right now, I'd say meteorologically. It seems much hotter today. Good thing the show isn’t tomorrow! It’s going to peak at 36C. I was there in 2014 and it was also a hot midsummer night. Have a great show tonight everyone. I wish I could be there. I saw The Stones on the Waldbühne back in 2014, and I must say it’s the best venue I’ve seen them in.

With 15 shows they could do a 60th anniversary live album with 1 song from each show. That’d be pretty special. By the way I heard talks about a RAH show some months ago. Did it ever get further?

I’d like a Charlie tribute live album. Steve is different, but also doing CW justice. I like him, but everything they do since 24th August 2021 is in tribute to CW, and it is well deserved.

QuotePapo Steve Jordan is just fantastic. We all know that there is nobody like Charlie, but I think that the performance quality this tour is party due to Mr Jordan's great drumming, very supportive of the band and also very powerful. Charlie was absolutely right about Steve. Trust Charlie to choose his right successor. Now that I’ve witnessed a show with Jordan on drums, I can say that

My advice would be, always keep your device horizontal when filming. Better to look back on iPad, PC, TV or other device I was very into the show and didn’t really think about it. Best songs of the night for me was Out Of Time, Paint It Black and Satisfaction. Burden and Bitch were awesome too, but those three were absolutely stellar. I haven’t heard a Satisfaction that strong since my first show. STRONG Keith riff in that one. Unfortunately I was sitting at the upper balcony all the way down by the railings, which turned out to be one of those dead spots. The sound some
