Each musical guest did a different cover of an Exile song and it was a great week with other fun sketches that Mick and Keith were in They did it right. The whole Exile week was phenomenal.

ABB Tour. Was my third time seeing them and I got them in my hometown as the Euro tour closer. They went back to America, did the SAL shows and came back to Europe the following year, where I caught them an additional 3 times. Among those was the last London show, which meant that I was present at the last show on their last world tour. I brag about it too.

It will be interesting to hear what they have come up with. In the early days of recording this album, they said “it has to marinate” in various interviews. In all seriousness, with all the vault digging they’ve been doing the last 13 years, it’d be stupid to not be “inspired” (read: Use the old stuff) by that for a new album. There might be one or two killer riffs somewhere that the public never got to hear, and is non existent on any bootleg. If I had that chance, I’d absolutely take it, IF it’s up to par of course.

I I like that many of these shows are getting released, but they could mix it up a little couldn’t they? I mean, RPM Club, Toad’s Place, Double Door, Mogador, Trabendo, Horseshoe Tavern etc. Why not release a box of those shows? Not full shows, but parts of them. The secret gigs were going on for many years. I bet they filmed all of them.

Love it, though it’s too long. The standard for a RS album should be 10 songs. Cut some of the fillers for a kick ass album. Same goes for SW, VL and ABB.
