The problem is that rskinno doesn't know how to remaster, not to mention that he doesn't ask for permission to do so either. But if CaptainAcid does the remastering, I would be more than grateful if it were my recording.

I don't know anything about Mac, only Windows. I always use eac3to v3.36 (HdBrStreamExtractor GUI). And ArcSoft Decoder plugin for DTS Master Audio. CDWave Editor for the cuesheet.
