Most people who bought tickets selected mobile delivery which is on your phone, unfortunately. If the Stones removed the mobile delivery option and replaced with pdf or hard tickets, then the phones could be left at home.

And Why not? Sounds good to me. The Pits are twice as big and they can't sell the $1500 VIP Pit tickets. And besides, why would anyone spend that much money only to have to wait in line day of show 8:30 am or earlier so they can scratch and claw their way to the Pit with the rest of the people who bought tickets at cost!

As long as you get your tix scanned before they do you will get in. Make sure you're there early (unfortunately). Sorry for this happening to you. The other day I bought Pit2 for Houston at cost and when I looked at receipt it said I bought Pit1. Called TM and after some lame excuses by agent got my Pit2 ticket.
