Thanks, with sssoul, for confirming my suspicions about the recording! I wasn't sure if there was an earlier version of those songs (well then, technically it was after the RCMP raid - but so long after sentencing that Keith couldn't have still been worried about 30 years in jail). He must have his iPod on 'shuffle' too as the song order is different than noted in the article.
