Keith was awesome. He was funny, articulate and of coarse very cool. He said his fav obscure Stones song is Connection.

First CD purchased was Goats head soup in 1988. I had some 200-300 LPs when in 1975 I moved to cassettes.(also had a brief fling with 8-tracks in early 70s about 50 of them). It's Only rock N Roll first cassette. I now have over 600 cds still have the LPs got rid of the 8-tracks and cassettes though. Some Stones titles (YA-YAs for example) I have had in all formats. Sure hope the cd stays

I can no longer view any you tube video clips and most pictures on IORR. My security has changed from McAfee to Norton. I'm thinging that must be the problem as I could view before the change. Does anyone know what settings/changes in settings I need to do to be able to view these items again? Thanks in advance

Watching the Stones, Mick was awesome the beginning of being the consumate front man. Charlie was just beating the shit out of his drum kit, Keith was almost nerdy at this point, he would later become the king of cool, but not yet. Brian was definately cool & was very confident in his performance. At least in his mind, the leader of the band. Bill was well Bill. It was nice seeing Brian singi

This was the very 1st Stones LP I bought. Up till that point I pretty much only bought singles, plus the radio was still the main source of listening. Always loved this lp. I have an original octagon that I have played the heck out of. I actually have a cd version with the octagon cover. With in the next few years, this teenager had pretty much all of the lps.

I would love for them to release some lives shows from the 60s & 70s, but they need to really promote them. Maybe they could take a page from the Grateful Dead and start a series of Ian's picks Or maybe Bill Wyman can do it as The Best of Bill

The UK version is very English very Kinks influenced but with some of their hardest licks (Miss Amanda Jones, My Obsession). Quite an interesting LP. By no means not the worst LP of the 60s. I feel it completed their transition from R&B to rock/pop. I grew up with the US version but I prefer the UK. LSTNT & RT don't really seem the fit the overall lp. Definately a more rock soundi

I wonder if the Stones are a victim of their own longevity. People were going crazy over a possible Zep reunion yet before Bonham died their last few LPs were not critically acclaimed and the feeling was maybe they were done. Same with The Who etc. Remember a few years ago when Santana was treated almost god like with his Supernatural cd. Is it because many want to either re-live or for younge

So many of the stars from the 60s have opened the vaults, but The Stones seem to be keeping them relatively shut but for a few tidbits. The Beatles with their Anthology series, The Doors with the release of several concerts, Elvis & Jimi have gone crazy & Dylan with his Bootleg Series (even as he currently tours & records) etc. As many of the hard core original fans are aging, will t

Quotewhitem8 ... but man smoking a big fattie and hearing ER blasting out of the car radio... love it! Not sure we need to know about your sex life......... But anyways, always had mixed feelings about this song. Loved the shining armour part but sometimes the BeeGee falsetto can be a little much.

I'd definately agree with Out of Control. To me Rough Justice could have been but to me misses because of the lyrics.
