I remember the stampede of kids at the Who 1979 tour show in Cincinnati, Ohio, changed the seating for pretty much all North American venues from festival seating/standing room to reserved seating. The floor used to be general admission and fend for yourself (like the pit). Then it changed to reserved seats for safety purposes. 11 kids died at the Who show in Cincinnati. Super sad. Who 1

Ah man. Saw him with an MC5 reunion-ish at Irving Plaza in NYC in 2018. Freakin awesome. He was so positive, happy, excited, and alive on stage, telling stories.
