Hi Hot Stuff, I actually have one of the pool tiles. My bones where shivering like anything when I found out that they have put them up for sale back in 2001. I was actually in Banglades at that time and I had to call back to some friends in Finland to try to find out all details. Well, long story but I got one. Now it is just hanging there on the wall and I do not much think about it anymore.

Well, The Doors will be in Oslo in the beginning of January. Well nothing close to Da Stones but still a classic rock band, or what ever is remaining of it. I am seriously planning to go to Oslo for the gig, if I just don't blow my budget on old Stones elpees once again. Have had that habbit now for some time...

I got 2000 Light Years From Home live in Göteborg back in 1990 and hearing that song live really opened my eyes for this elpee. That was one of the most powerfull songs I have seen live, ever. Yes, there are a few bits and pieces that are ..... well... not so good, but still an extremely under rated elpee. I do play it regurlarly, like one a month or so, and I like it yes I dooooo

Exactly JR, I was reading the text on e-bay about this Velvet acetate and noticing the price offered at this moment, 126 K USD, ouups what would a Stones acetate then be priced at... I am a real vinyl lunatic, just collecting vinyls, and I do understand prices in thousands, maybe maybe 10-15.000 in extram cases, but this... this is just crazy, someone who just have too much cash and don't

The Little Boy Blue And The Blue Boys had just done their thing and Charlie was in Blues Incorporated. Just after I arrived I think, Brian joined Blues Incorporated. The July 12th Marquee gig was just a few months away. Interesting times it was, yepp yepp. So, da Stones and I are of the same age, I just beat them to this world with five moths

Best stage ever used by the Stones. Bring it back to the indoor gigs, if any of them would come in the future.

I have seen him with the Finnish Wentus Blues Band several times and he always do some Layla and All Along Watchtower on this one. I try to go and see as many as possible of the gigs he does in Scandinavia and Finland together with Wentus which in my opinion is a very good back up band for him. Based on this youtube film, it is hard to tell how good or bad the band is but I kind of feel that Went

I fully agree, it really is high time to quit now. It is almost two a clock in the night here in Finland, so let's quit. G'd night. May Da Greates band Of All Time keep on touring another 20 years or so.

1990 had the best ones. The two "Honky Tonk Women" and especially the dog during Street Fighting Man. All these roadies running around trying to either shake them around or trying to keep them from not blowing around on the stage. In Göteborg 4th of August there was a pretty hard wind and they did really have a problem to keep them "on stage" so to speek.

I had a look on Honey Boy Edwards page and saw this picture of him and our boy Keith on stage. Just think what is going around in Keiths head at that time, like here I am sitting and playing with this guy who plaid with Robert Johnson... well Keith has plaid with lots of old blues cats but still, the whole thing of passing on the heritage from generation to generation must have been on Keiths min

He must have been the last one around who actually plaid with Robert Johnson. Or are there still any other old blues cat out there who has any connection to Robert?

Thanks Justin for bringing this one up. We are still missing pictures from Copenhagen 1990 and we only have two pictures from Copenhagen 1998. So if there are anyone out there who have pictures, pleas contact us. Göteborg August 4th 1990 was my first gig. Well, still the best gig for me... Well, why so? Simply because: Paint It Black 2000 Light years Sympathy Street Fighting Man

Hej Kent. Thansk for giving us your feelings of the gig. I have seen Taylor together with Wentus many times by now. i try to get to all of the gigs they do in Finland. My first Taylor gig was in Sweden together with a local blues hero in Sweden, Roffe Wikström. I do still many years later remember the feeling I had at the gig, like wooooooow there is the man himself and I was standing just ther

I have been looking on some of these sites for lising your music but I have not really found anything that would be of my liking. So I have done all my collection on a good ol fashion excel sheet. Works perfectly for me. I dont have any big collection (around 2500 pcs LP+CD) so it is pretty easy to do and maintain. Well, I did my first version of the list in the beginning of the 90's and

It's sad that the three guys cannot make it onto the same stage. I am also a big Doors fan and I would really like to see them together on stage. This is interesting though that they are communicating and arranging this kind of "Doors Event" together. Maybe there is some possibility that they will end up on the same stage one day in the future. The only one of the four original mem

I actually like them plain cashews. The ones with salt on, they just messes up your fingers and then it is not so nice to play the Promotional Album RSD-1 and some of them other 500+ vinyls in my collection. But with them plain ones, then I can still listen to elpees and eat PEANUTS, the cashew ones that is.

OK Erik, sorry Seriously, I do have a few of the Jagger boots from the solo Japan / Australia tour of 1988 and they are really good. Like a little bit faster tempo in lots of Stones classics than Da Stones do them. Also sounds nice with different gutars and stuff in the background and Jagger still doing the classic songs.
