well...i know that the big topic is that there is a picture of a pretty girl on here...and either a lot of guys on here haven't talked to a cute girl in a while and it's upsetting them that it may be a man...and that their sexuality is in question if by chance they are indeed complimenting a phony chick...but what i want to know is this: what do you guys think of "It's Only

the chances of Ronnie playing like he did 30 years ago are about the same as Johnny Winter tapdancing..or even standing up for a show.

go solo...i took my girlfriend to see hot tuna with me over xmas and she complained, yawned, shifted from foot to foot and made fun of them the whole time...i didnt invite her in the first place and drove by myself...she met me there after she got off of work and once they were almost finished she decided she was sleepy and she left...so much for my fun nite...then on new years eve she was asleep

i'd have to say 'slipping away' is the best song on steel wheels... 'sad sad sad' & 'hold on to your hat' have no substance whatsoever...i remember mick and keith bragging about how they banged out 4-5 songs a day when they met in barbados...they just neglected to tell anyone that they were no good.. 'continental drift' is interesting but i w

i hate the replacements...they have a copycat band in every college town in the usa... the dictators were right on though.. the first show i ever saw was the ramones in 1977 with the runaways... it's funny how punk is now respected 30 years after the fact...much like 'black and blue'

i was out at a club the other nite and the guy running the sound played the new...ahem...neil diamond record produced by rick rubin...after reading about the songwriting process and production process involved with this record i am surprised to hear myself say that i think he would be well suited to take over for don was... was has become another yes man...they need someone to kick them in the

as much as i hate steel wheel i am bored and listening to it tonite...i was looking over the liner notes and noticed that on 'sad sad sad' that it says guitars by mick and keith and bass by ronnie...i always assumed that the lead guitar on that track was ron wood...apparently it's keith...if this is so he sure has lost a thing or 2 in the last few years...also has the same credits

mott the hoople...my favourite band next to the rolling stones... there is an interesting story in the mott biography..in 1969 mott were recording their 2nd album which eventually became "mad shadows" at olympic studios..they were working on 'walking with a mountain' when mick jagger happened to walk in to listen...he enjoyed the song so much he started dancing around the s

Has anyone else had an issue with the cd's not properly playing anymore due to the labels on them??....i would recommend to anyone of my friends on here to copy any cd that you currently have with a label on it because it will eventually screw up... if anyone has 'only when it's frozen' to trade for another mickboy let me know

what do you guys think of "Honest Man' from the Voodoo Lounge sessions??..There were several tracks from the Voodoo Brew/Stew collections that I think they should revisit.. with that being said...i wonder if there are any lost gems from the Bigger Bang sessions...

seeing as a lot of us take part in criticising mr. wood and his current abilities playing the guitar...myself included..i thought it would be interest to pay tribute to his best work with the stones...here are my picks: 1. Respectable - this is classic Ron Wood playing at his ramshackle best. 2. Far Away Eyes - His forte' is not straight lead playing as we know...it's pedal steel

i agree with Jed...if they are going to charge big bucks to get a ticket the least they can do is play the damn songs without screwing them up...with all of the people on stage with them there is absolutely no excuse to put up with ron wood's guitar playing... when brian jones was around all they did was complain about 'how this band can't have a passenger..blah blah...blah blah

i like brian jones...and i respect him...but honestly...all you have to do is watch One Plus One to see what a pain in the ass he'd become... everyone has experienced the thrill of having to take care of a drunken/drugged up buddy at one point or another..it's no fun..and i imagine that when you are trying to be creative and you have some sadsack slumped over in the corner being path
