I very clearly remember being blown away by 19th Nervous Breakdown when I first heard it, at age 6, on my friend's mother's car radio. As for the current version, I like what the reviewer in the NY Times said about it: "It's supposed to be a song about panic, but slowed down and played at half-speed, it sounds more like a song about hot tub therapy!"
