I'm with you on that one GJV. I used to shuffle between all those CD singles playing the live tracks. Some real treasures in there. Hey, this might be a good "archive release" for them to consider.

This topic has been discussed in great detail, for good reason. Everyone has their favorite Stones era and what they see as the "best". Keith makes a great point about having two guitarist on the same wave length, however (for me) the Mick Taylor years were most amazing. I love the Brian and Ronnie years respectably. Great music has undeniably made throughout the sixty years. It's

I'm usually not up for the disco songs but I have no problem with this one. Think it's pretty good for an obscure track. I like Micks vocal here too. And the video, for that time was very risque. Imagine that instead of "Angry"

I'm under the impression the GHS Dolby Atmos Mix is dr14. Am I wrong? Whatever it is I think it sounds amazing.

Personally I love Steve as well. And I'm saying this with no disrespect to Charlie. Somehow (and sadly) I feel I have to say this. Really happy Mick and Keith didn't decide to throw in the towel. I believe it was the right choice.

Warhorses, I think Miss You and Honky Tonk Women is of less value personally. But yes I too would love to hear something new in their place.

Great topic for philosophical discussion. People died for less in earlier times. At least we're not there, I think?

Would be nice to hear this one official. Then again the whole gig released would be great. Okay I'm greedy!

Definitely. Considering I saw it in a store for 350 euros.

My favorite is already mentioned above from the 72-73 tour, that's full on energy. After that I like Not Fade Away, Tumbling Dice and YGGMR.

After listening to it with an open mind (or tried to at least) I believe this version might of been the original. The whole thing flows like a perfect Mick pop song. Certainly there are people that like it and I say hats off. Enjoy!

According to Mick "he loves you, he loves it" so the feeling is mutual.

The Hollywood Bowl is a mixed bag for audio quality. The performance however is amazing! I'm guessing this isn't a proper soundboard recording, maybe a microphone or two onstage like some of the other live albums?

Keith looked like he was really playing hard, no wonder.

Somehow we need to turn this into a Beatles vs. Stones thing.

Looks like they broke out laughing. Did it come from Brian or Keith's side? Wonder if Dino was further unamused by them.

Another thought is maybe there is something and they're holding onto it. Afterall weren't the Mocambo tapes destroyed or unusable?

Jimi was something extraordinary. Though I was too small at the time but I think people realized how special he was and thought it was a good idea to capture as much as they could. Just my opinion.

Yes, they cut some of the lyrics. Guess it didn’t fit the overall song.

Wow, just saw the video. I think this goes better with the song, rather than just listening. Normally I don't like it this way, but it works here. I see the point of jahisnotdead's comment about Johns goofy dancing. Initially I thought the same but then I remembered he had a funny sense of humour, then it makes sense. A great video in my opinion. Second time hearing the song and I like

I don't think this could have been an upbeat song. Johns voice in this case made it somber, there's no changing that I'd say. But I can agree it misses the mark. Again as discussed before, particularly in the case of Hackney Diamonds, maybe it's too early to form a definitive opinion.

Got the Bluray now. Wow, really happy about the Atmos mix. Thanks that they did this version. Though it's lacks the punch someone mentioned I prefer this.
