They picked up the phone after 40 mins. today. So I guess I was lucky. They can change to ETicket 2 weeks before the event, which is fine, but you have to spend another 40 mins. in the waiting line I fear.

Anyone any experience with them? I tried to change the Delivery method, but all I get is a an email with this phone #0203 481 55 06, where nobody answers, i.e. the phone is ringing but nobody picks it up. It's a total mess with them. With ticketmaster the change worked within 1 hour, but AXS is able too do anything. I have the impression, that they don't even read the request.
