This is definitely not an IEM mix. IEM's are dry and sterile, and usually have one component (usually vocals) way too high in the mix. This is just a case of a taper getting extremely lucky in a sweet spot and getting a 10/10 capture. Is Foxboro known for exceptionally good sound? The 2019 show had probably the best audience tape of that tour as well.

Well, I highlighted exceptions. In 2018 and 2019 it alternated with JJF and Start Me Up, 2021 it opened every show except L.A. 1, 2022 it didn't open the second Hyde Park show. But it's not in the league of JFF and Honky Tonk Women when it comes to being done every night.
