Quotemosthigh Looks like it's out on the wires now. I miss the announcements as big events... Still thrilled to get more Stones shows though!

Surprised the official announcement from the band didn't come first.

QuoteTKinOH If some of our IORRians in Northern California say a weeknight curfew of 10pm in Santa Clara, I'd tighten this to 3-day hops... Glendale 5-5 Pasadena 5-8 Santa Clara 5-11 This would get Santa Clara the weekend, later curfew... 11pm? Don't forget the 5-7 day break in the tour, which the last few years would run right up to the 1-month mark after opening night...

Exciting stuff! And here I thought walking out of First Union Center in 2013 that it would be the last time seeing the Stones. 7 more shows since and now 2019 - awesome. I will be out of the country for the tour start but hopefully back before any left coast dates or a home show in Seattle. Hope to catch a few shows for sure.

Yes, absolutely agree, I saw them back in 2015 (I think) at a Jazz CLub. Very intimate setting, and we were mere feet from Lisa, so our 20 feet from stardom and have to agree, it was fantastic. Very worthwhile for any music fan but a must see for Stones fans IMO>

So did no one see Mick's little fb video post "Harmonica playing on new tunes"? I came here thinking there's be some more info but didn't see anything. Could it be for the new Stones album? Hope so!

Tower Theater Philly, and Wiltern in LA for me. Great shows and great but very different experiences both!

Quotebeachbreak Anytime Keith struts out onto the stage first and plays the opening riff! Yeah, this gets me every time! None more so than my one trip into the tongue pit in Philly. I honestly thought that'd be the last time I'd see them live too but happily that wasn't to be the case.

I like going back to this now, 6 years later (where does the time go?) and seeing the setlist and the couple new songs to keep things fresh. And I actually liked both Doom and Gloom and One More SHot, even though the latter felt heavily recycled, at least the opening SFM riff... That's what I need now after No Filter - one more shot!

Nope, I simply don't see them as the type to have regrets, not musically anyway and I think the egos probably generally prevent much in the form of any regrets at all...

Quotetimbernardis your wife is very understanding. my wife, not always, usually when she cannot accompany me. So u r 54 and have seen 54 shows? Same number as me. Paris 2 was number 50 for me. I felt fulfilled and yes, satisfied. Not to mention the fact that it was their best show i have ever seen. I really didnt need to go to the 2018 leg, but unexpected opportunity came up at the right

Yes, felt the same about the venue specific shirts of course and that some were much more interesting with front/back designs while others were front only. Most with dates and venues but some didn't even have that - like Cardiff.

By comparison, I LOVE train travel and the relative ease compared to the hassle of making it through security, long lines, battling for overhead space, cramped seating, and general PIA air travel can be.

Quoteangee Why so pessimistic on the band continuing, JN99? It's just their ages. As long time fans, if we're honest we know Keith is approaching a point where touring might not be possible and Charlie it seems may simply decide he's had enough at some point. Of course, I hope I'm wrong

No one knows when or where it ends, including the Stones. IMO they keep going while they can and want to. They won't know, and neither will we, the last show until well after it's happened. No farewell tour or final show advertised for this band. That said, I don't really think this band can or will continue on much longer.

England looked strong out of the gate then faded, seems to be the pattern. THey don;t look like a team that can win it all.

I've always wondered if it's a true vote i.e. the fans actually decide the outcome, or the Stones do.

Edinburgh was much larger than Cardiff or Twickenham. Were there any at all in Twickenham? Now I'm thinking there were none there...

So is there GC there? Is it the entire first half of the field? If so, GA looks pretty lousy. And yeah, those sides - vertigo!

So where's the rest of the merch from the tour catalog available? Or is it? Much of what was in it isn;t online and some of it I didn't see at the merch booths either.

Thanks Debbie! Enjoyed being able to catch some of that and lessen the blow of being back home instead of at the show.

In addition to looking huge, also looks packed. Twickenham looked to be the most sparsely attended of the three shows I went too, probably owing to it being a Tuesday and the 3rd London show.

I picked up the small merch catalog in Edinburgh then decided it would be easier to just go online so dumped it. However, I cannot find most of what was in the catalog online Now I wish I'd kept the catalog. Is there a site where all of that is listed or is it strictly order from/through the catalog? I didn't look closely to how one would go about actually ordering from the catalog
