Smokey is right. T'master messed up when I was buying On Stage tix for Giants, with the result that I lost them. I immediately called the box office there and asked to speak to the manager, to whom I complained vigorously. I saw them searching bags when I picked up my MSG tickets last month.. I got to the box office (late afternoon) without being searched,though I was asked where I was going, but by the time I came out, people were entering for an event. At that time, at least, you couldn't get in without going via the search area.
