I saw them searching bags when I picked up my MSG tickets last month.. I got to the box office (late afternoon) without being searched,though I was asked where I was going, but by the time I came out, people were entering for an event. At that time, at least, you couldn't get in without going via the search area.

Have to agree that I want to hear things they haven't played often or for a long time, e.g., not Start Me Up, Satisfaction, HTW, Tumbling Dice (enjoy them as I undoubtedly might). HELP!! The link to the entry form in the email I got from rs.com doesn't work. Nor do the links posted on the rs.com message board. They all just go to the On Stage news page where the last entry is the announcement of the On Stage sale on 12 August - and nothing more recent about the contest. Be aware that Ticketmaster clearly stated that these tix are "non-transferable". I don't know what this means, but perhaps you should investigate further how the tickets are given out to original purchasers before acquiring one. Good luck!
