QuoteGazza Quotebabyblue If the Uk gets another round why not the good ole USA. We're not. And the only part of the UK theyve played since 2006 other than a festival was London. They'll come back to the US soon enough I'm sure. Dont think its much to ask to allow other parts of the planet a visit first. Here's the exact figures. The last Stones show (their own show)

Well unfortunately I won't be able to make OZ or NZ this time around. I have tickets for Adelaide so will have to ask for a refund. If I ever get through to Ticktek. Abysmal customer service. Have fun all you Stones fans down under

QuoteKaisan I would like to wear some 14 On Fire-T-Shirts on the tour - but the problem: I´m from Germany, and the german store doesn´t offer 14 On Fire merchandise yet. I don´t want to import clothes from the US because of the high prices. So does anybody know whether the 14 On Fire Merchandise will be offered on the german website too? Or is there any store in europe which offers 14 On Fire mer

QuoteBowieStone Quotegeordiestone Agree with petewasbristol I don't. The Verve sounds completely different than The Stones. This is not a quality judgement. Primal Scream have some records (Give Out, Primal Scream, Screamadelica) that have some stones influenced songs. Even in their more dance influenced songs. In the nineties you had a band called Reef. 'Naked' was a great s

In England I would say The Verve. Primal scream have the grit for sure, but the Verve during their Urban Hymns era were simply untouchable (live and on album). Pity about the whole Bittersweet/Stones saga. Richard Ashcroft is an incredible frontman and I can only imagine where the band would have gone had they stuck together and not fallen out. Instead we are left with a reunion and Ashcroft solo

QuoteTooTough A show in the dark...fantastic!! And a full Simple Minds set...it will be a great day! Yes, Simple Minds will be a great warm up for the Stones! These times are perfect as well. It means I don't have to rush as much from Brussels airport. Can't wait : )

QuoteAquamarine Back in the day, they would have said they were going to "the Continent." Slow process of adjustment, I guess . . We love our neighbors but we have always been the stubborn brat of the European family! I don't think it helps that we are an island who thinks it's better than it actually is. Well apart from music that is. No one can touch us.

Brian Jones is burried in Cheltenham near the same plot as my grandparents and uncle. Very surreal when I go there but also a reality check. We are all human. We all end up the same way no matter what we do in our lives.

There is so much material (unreleased/live/rarities) that I honestly believe in 10,20,30 years time we will still be getting Stones music (and beyond even this). We all want that final album though don't we. I don't want them to finish with ABB. When I saw them live three weeks ago they were simply incredible. Better than I had seen them for a long, long time. I would love them to b

Quotegotdablouse QuoteTE Quote1962 Quoterealoatsy Can anyone shed any light as to why Dublin is now off the List?? Because there is not enough time for it. And they will probably include Ireland in an UK tour/leg. Makes sense I guess. TE Oslo So just a guess, I thought I'd highlight this since a few people seem to think there's going to be a UK tour at some point. Who knows, how

QuoteRokyfan Quotepetewasbristol Could it be a case of this time next year for the OZ/NZ shows? With the European tour booked and South America shows rumored for Fall, space is minimal in 2014. That's not a complaint, that's just an observation btw. How do made up rumors serve to use up space in the year? Other than May-June, the year is open. Peoples fantasies about South Americ

Quotehbwriter QuoteBellajane Quoteparislocksmith Lurid coverage of L'Wren Scott's death shows British tabloids at their worst I was so afraid of this. These bastards have no shame, and it's only the beginning. but it's nothing really new- come on- spectacular celebrity crash and burns have always been tabloid cat nip - why? because the people will pay for it. True, but

Every paper in the UK has Jaggers face on the front of it today. Some of the headlines are pretty sickening tbh. That's the UK gutter press for you I guess.

Devastating news. To Mick and everyone connected my wishes go out to you. The tour has to be in doubt and I don't think anyone would begrudge Mick that option no matter how much we all want to see the Stones.

I have a ticket for this show but I am not able to go. I have tried to contact Ticketek many times about giving the ticket away for FREE as it requires collection from a ticket office in Australia. I fear my seat (not a great one, but a seat at the show at least) will remain empty for the whole show. The things you try to do to be nice eh!

Quotetioms Hi petewasbristol, the last train leaves Leuven at 23.54 to Brussels. I don't know the time of the end of the concert and first you have to go from Werchter to Leuven. A lot of people is waiting for these busses. In leuven you can find 45 hotels. Google: HOTELS LEUVEN Tioms Thank you tioms. I will look to stay on leaven for that night. Thanks for the info guys. I was not able to get a golden circle ticket so I hope I can still get a good view with a general admission ticket! Will be flying in on the Sat morning (Brussels) and out on the Sunday (afternoon) so i'm just going to see what happens! Just a few questions: Is it easy to catch a train back to Brussels after the show? Should I be looking at accommodation in Brussels

Quotestonehearted Quotepetewasbristol From what I heard at the Macau show the Stones crew are working with U2 next. Can't see them doing another round of the US after last year. If that is true, then it really isn't a "Stones crew" per se. That would make them freelancers or contractors. The Stones could just as easily hire a fresh crew of contractors to handle the meat and
