Did I read correctly that people need a wristband for Fosse Or, and not just the pit?

Quotehockenheim95 All in all I can say if you went to multiple concerts this tour you can't go wrong with LD tickets. nearly everybody who went with 3 LD tickets or more had Pit tickets for minimum 1 show. I had 3 LD tickets and I was 2 times in the pit (Zurich and Düsseldorf) and 1 time on the grandstand (Spielberg). I think it probably depends on where you had LDs for - I haven't ch

Generally, the sound in the pit has been quite good, with the sound coming from the stage overpowering any bad sounds coming from the back of the arena so I have felt quite immersed in the whole concert experience. As mentioned, Arnhem was not so good, with the catwalk monitors being left on for far too long - but I found that if I moved forward (away from the mini-stage), it became more bearable

QuoteRawIguanaCologne Is there anybody out there who went to a few dates on this tour with LUCKY DIP and did NOT get a pit or circle place? There have been lots of people throughout the threads saying they did not get pit/golden circle, and there are clearly lots of people not getting them when collecting at the LD box office. I got GA in Munich and pit in Dusseldorf. syrel

Glad people enjoyed the show. For those of us going on Sunday, can those in the pit post their experience of getting in, as it sounds chaotic: 1) Which gate did you use 2) where did you get your wristband from 3) did anyone have trouble with Ticketmaster e-tickets (one poster early n said that security did not recognise it). cheers syrel

I was lucky because my router supported ipv6 tunnelling, so I just had to set up a tunnel at tunnelbroker, and configure my router properly (though it took me some time to get working). However, having made a change to my router I can't access it again and I'm wondering if the change I made has had an effect, or whether the site is just down at the moment. To those who can't acc

I finally managed to get EL working via an IPv6 tunnel, but now I can't access it again. Is it down for others who can access via IPv6? syrel

Quotejusteillusion Quotesyrel Looking at my lovely new pit eticket, my schoolboy French comprehension makes me think that they are asking for photo ID (see item 2 of 'conditions d'utilisation'). Can a native French speaker please confirm for me? thanks syrel all e-tickets signal this but ID not required for this concert. First entry is the right entry. Your gate? Not s

Quotegotdablouse What's strange is that there doesn't seem to be any separation between Gold and the Pit queue ? Mustn't make it easy to "filter" people in... Correct. When they opened Keith's side in Arnhem we completely overwhelmed the security staff and they couldnnot check wristbands. They had to walk around the pit afterwards checking if people had wristban

I'm not 100% sure what's being asked now, but to try to clarify my experience: Dusseldorf - separate entrances for either side of the pit, entrances at the far side of each stage Arnhem - walkway under the catwalk connecting both sides of the pit. Entrance via Keith's side only, but actual Keith part of pit was cordoned off until Ronnie's side was full. So early arrivers had

I've had no problem seeing over the catwalk, but it is on a slope so it is highest at the very front, where I've not been so don't know if it is too high at that point. Gotdablouse, you can get between the two sides. At most gigs it has been a shortcut underneath the catwalk, but at least one show it was two separate entrances at either end of the stage. syrel

QuoteBowieStone That's where the lucky dips enter the scene. Carre Or will be packed with frustrated fans & happy lucky dip ticket holders (therefore not less of a fan of course). They are over-priced, in a normal system (without lucky dip) there'll be lots of empty spaces. For every show you can still book 8 tickets at once, all next to each other. Those lucky dips are just th

QuoteBowieStone No. It’s got nothing to do with keeping tix in fans’ hands. It has everything to do with selling the massively overpiced (in this case) Carre Or tickets. I was stupid enough to fall for it. If they would have sold their tickets in a normal way I would have been in the pit for €250, or what is it. Now I’m seated far away for €350 Glad for all of you who waited til now. But

Quotespain73 It is easy to talk with your pit tickets in your pocket. Many people have been searching more than you, more time and more effort and they got... nothing. We are not fishermen, we are fans. Excuse me, but how the hell do you know how much time and effort I've spent searching for tickets? I don't always end up with pit tickets and, when I do, it is not simply out

Quotelaughinearlydied riiight, because normal people have time to be the whole day on 2 sites refreshing pages to try and buy a ticket that is already overpriced as shit. You dont combat the scalpers, because they, unlike fans, actually do this full time and scoop these tickets up easily. if they had fans in mind, they would actually sell the pit normally as was advertised, and not as a part

It wasn't densely packed on Keith's side in Arnhem. For shorter people, I would recommend moving towards the back of the pit: a) there is lots of room, so you can move around to get a good view; b) if you are too close to the catwalk, you may not be able to see over it to the other side of the stage. (incidentally, I was amazed at how short the crowd was in the Stockholm pit. I am ve

I have a spare Fosse Or ticket for the final Paris show, available at face value (122.5 Euros). It is a hard copy ticket so I can either mail it this week (I'm UK based, so v easy with a UK buyer) or - preferably - I will be in Paris from Saturday night so I can hand it over in person. My email is available in my profile. syrel
