The Acura Stage at Jazzfest is nothing like the Marcus Amphitheatre in Milwaukee. It's basically a big flat field within a horse racing track with a couple of grandstands on the perimeter. The grounds can get muddy. The sound is usually sub-par compared to your normal amphitheatre or stadium show.
