Such a disappointment when it came out, now I love it. The last album with that Jimmy Miller feel, something was just different on the next one when the Glimmer Twins took over production. I've always said Exile was like the best party you ever went to, GHS was the after-party the next morning, blissfully reminiscent of the night before, but hazy, hungover, and a "little worse for wear

QuoteTheGreek There is a widely circulated boot (video) of a Lick's tour show from 2003 somewhere in Europe that is a smoking hot setlist and performance including deep cuts that most certainly should be given the deluxe treatment for CD/DVD . I just looked it up and it's the Circus Krone show from June of 2003 . That is one heck of a great performance !

Just Wanna See His Face. The way it emerges out from under Ventilator Blues. Jazzy, impromptu, gospel perfection; it sets us up perfectly for Let It Loose. A beautiful segue way and a one-of-a-kind slice of Stones magic.

QuoteRollingFreak QuoteRoss I hope this is true and that there is a lot more out there than the New York sessions that we have all had for years. The Bootleg Series has never let me down! Same. I adore this album and have always wanted this to be the Bootleg Series they've always rumored. Having said that, I have always wondered what would be included. Is it gonna be like a Cutting Edge bo

I was there! Not The Stones best show of that tour. I saw that a few weeks earlier, June 28 in Memphis! A great time, though!

I have only seen this news credited to Paul at superdeluxeedition. Is that a reliable source? I hope this is true and that there is a lot more out there than the New York sessions that we have all had for years. The Bootleg Series has never let me down!

That's an old Keith Richards joke. However, the GD version of Little Red Rooster on Dead Set is awful. The Dead just weren't that good on the blues. Country, folk, jazz though, and it's a different ball-

Anxiously awaiting the arrival of this on Friday. If there happened to be a link to the bonus tracks, my email address would love that! The tracks that are available now sound great, I think this will be in the upper echelon of Vault releases! Rossv427@hotmail.com

Great documentary, but a few things were overlooked. There was no mention of his less-than-stellar appearance at the Bangla Desh concert, the affect of the death of Duane Allman, the Rainbow comeback concert, etc. I think those events were significant touchstones in this mans sad story. Amazing John Mayall & Cream footage, and the aforementioned Aretha footage was priceless! Good show
