Quoteswimtothemoon With the seemingly increased secrecy during and around the rehearsals maybe Mick Taylor is involved afterall? From what I gather no one has heard a peep out of Taylor. Nah...fun to think about though! Wouldn't that be a nice surprise! I wonder if an MT question will be allowed on that Twitter QandA....

QuoteStoneage Ovetjkin against Crosby, Russia against Canada - a dream final tonite! Forget the NHL, this is the real deal! Team Canada will be favourites. Perhaps not as stylish as the Russians can be but very skillful with passes and shots where it counts. Time and place (local time): - 20:45, O2 Arena Prague: Canada - Russia Should be a classic! The crowd should be interesting...presum

Quotewhitem8 Great interview with Pete! Some very heartfelt interesting historical perspectives from Pete. Nice interview...refreshing. I'd like to see one like that from Mick or Keith. It's funny how it used to be about money AND girls...now it's just about money.

QuoteSighunt QuoteCaptainchaos i do find it annoying those posters saying to lock this thread up. Its a stones forum, this thread is about M Taylor and that entails. If you dont like reading this particular thread (The ONLY allowed Taylor thread btw..), rather than ask for it to be locked with the amount of posters as justification for this, your probly better off looking at the oodles of othe

Anyone going to a show should have an amazing experience and hear some great music. Hey, i've been there many times myself and MT wasn't. His absence now makes it difficult to build any enthusiasm to give it 'one more shot'. It's not boycotting. It's the feeling that you 'just have to' go that's missing for some...

QuoteDREAMTIME QuoteLeonioid QuoteAquamarine Quoteweinerdog Quotemistermorphine So a stupid ? here. Why not just do the print at home option when you buy your ticket? It is not like it is going to be some ultra rare item in 25 years, there will after all be 1,000,000 plus of them. Just asking what the reason is? Thanks and enjoy the show! I seldom do the print at home thing. If something comes

Quotemtaylor It is not a matter of boycotting Stones, it is more a matter of being musically interesting. Lots of people go to the shows for the party, taking "selfies" with their cell-phones etc...... music is not the important thing. I think a lot of us reached the point where the last thing we want is a selfie with the stage in the background or tour sticker pack. I'd rather see

QuoteDandelionPowderman Quotealimente QuoteDandelionPowderman These are several threads merged in one. The amount of IORR posters participating in it isn't very high, though. So you think that "no Taylor this tour" is really a non-issue for most people; a small candle kept alive by not more than a handful of Taylor fanatics, Dandy? No, but I'm only putting things in perspe

QuoteNaturalust QuoteDandelionPowderman He was at Fallon and Howard Stern fairly recently, though, but I agree. He doesn't strike me as the kiss and tell-type.. Wasn't he just on Fallon with Stern as a guest that night...three years ago? I don't consider that fairly recently. Love to see him on Howard's show because no doubt Howard would ask all the tough questions and proba

QuoteDoomandGloom QuoteStonesCat My guess would be he's trying to lay low in hopes that something might change at the 11th hour. Any negative talk attributed to him would probably kill any chance he has of playing a role at all this year.agree I would if I were him...don't blame him for not speaking out...and we probably shouldn't be putting any pressure on his 'camp'...

QuoteSweetThing QuoteNaturalust But hey, since Chuck is the musical director these days, maybe he made the decision to exclude MT.. That would certainly give the many Taylor fans who dislike Chuck's playing something to squawk about! LOL peace Yes, it certainly would. But it seems the opposite. QuoteDREAMTIME A press 'conference' explains the tour and creates the hype needed to fill large stadiums in secondary markets at unheard of prices. And what do you know? Thousands of available tickets, many already dropping from original prices (and if don't think this gets FANS angry, then you are really not in touch with 'Joe') A tour name does the same thing. An

QuoteGfmsoccer Quoteflacnvinyl QuoteGfmsoccer Maybe fans have already discussed this, but its pretty disappointing that only 2 shows on this tour have Sold Out yet (face value sellout), Milwaukee and San Diego. You can still get face value seats for all the other shows. I just checked the links on the Stones ticket page. And, as you've mentioned, those face value prices are dropping. Wh
