I've been reading the posts here for many years but only a few months ago decided to get in and write. Enjoy the humor, the sarcasm, all the great storys and specially the knowledge from so many of you on so many different aspects of the Stones and more. English is not my language, so is also little harder for me to get across. Cheers.

This just out on a site called Irish Central : Iconic rocker Mick Jagger thinks that Susan Boyle’s version of “Wild Horses” is better than the Rolling Stones original. The Susan Boyle Fansite Forum reports that during an interview on New Zealand Radio, D.J. Ewing Stephens quoted the Stones front man as saying that the “Britain’s Got Talent” star’s now famous version of the song was a “ghost

I remember John Lennon saying that he liked Salt of the earth, but as always, don't know if the source was credible...think it was in a magazine back in the 70's.

Really good show! The place was packed. At the end of one of the songs Bono started running pretty fast all around the stage...I was waiting to see if he was going to be able to sing after that effort, but he dropped to the floor before completing the full lap and stayed there for more than a minute catching his breath...funny. Amazing how the crowd did the job of the back up singers a

just checked the Rolling Stones page on the I Tunes Store and Wild Horses is their most popular song. It used to be Paint Black, Gimme Shelter or Start me Up. So this whole Susan Boyle thing it's having some kind of impact.

This goes by the 50 year law? Does this means that the songs are up for grab for advertisers and brands freely as long as they don't use the original version song by the Stones?

There is a big probability that in my country this new releases wont be available. Will they be released on the I Tunes store as well on the same dates? Does the quality of sound from the I Tunes format is not as good as CD's? Amazon a better option? Gracias.

This clears the questions about Mick and Keith in the studio together: Richards told Rolling Stone that he and Mick Jagger are currently in the studio sifting through the album's numerous outtakes, explaining, "There's new songs on there, stuff we've forgotten about. Mick and I were looking at each other like, 'Ah, did we do that?'"

So basically we just say hi very normally and then we just tryed to played cool and continue to have dinner and drinks and trying not to stare at their table, at least not too often. We could

Quotebobo () Date: September 3, 2009 09:50 do you think that is so strange?......Really? Do you think is normal to loose all that range on your voice with age? Mick still does some falsettos live (miss you). I believe that SFD's intro with better shouts and hoooos will gain lots.

Philadelphia, opening day for the 1981 tour. I try to catch the Stones before in 1978.79 but I was too young and my parents did not give me permission, but spend the best summer of my life listening to some girls with some girls from Colombia.

“There’s new songs on there, stuff we’ve forgotten about,” Richards says. “Mick and I were looking at each other like, ‘Ah, did we do that?’ ” I also agree that this quote from Keith is very promesing as it implies that Mick and him have actually been face to face recently working on the Exile proyect.
